Rivers Edge R.V. Campground, Holt, Florida

Date of Stay: April, 2015 - $15.00
Overall Rating:

Typical old Florida CG. Friendly staff. Large fairly level pull through grass sites. Gravel roads were ok. Good 50 Amp service. Typical free slow campground service. There is a boat ramp to the river. Great for overnight would stay again. Might stay an extra night and explore the river. We camped at Rivers Edge R.V. Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Great Park. Well maintained. Nice swimming area. Separate launch area for registered campers only. Easy entry to sites. Will return. Cell service was ok but data for the web was spotty. We camped at Ocala National Forest / Salt Springs Rec Area in a Travel Trailer.

Wekiwa Springs State Park, Apopka, Florida

Date of Stay: March, 2015 - $27.00
Overall Rating:

Campground is nice. Location is great near Orlando Bathrooms were clean with plenty of room. Some sites have full hookups the springs are about a mile from the camp ground Overall is a great place to stay but need to make reservations well in advance in the winter or the week ends. Road and sites can be a little tight for big rigs but doable. We will return. We camped at Wekiwa Springs State Park in a Travel Trailer.

John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, Key Largo, Florida

Date of Stay: May, 2014 - $43.00
Overall Rating:

Campground is nice. Location is great but sites a little close for a state park. On some sites, big rigs will just get all their slide outs deployed, but other sites are fine. The road in the campground is wide so you can back into the tight campsites without too much problem. Bathrooms were clean with plenty of room. The beach and picnic day areas were a zoo on the weekend but empty during the week. Overall is a great place to stay in the keys. but need to make reservations well in advance. We will return. We camped at John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park in a Travel Trailer.

Sebastian Inlet State Park, Melbourne Beach, Florida

Date of Stay: May, 2014 - $31.00
Overall Rating:

Nice park right on the inlet. Sites near the water tend to be smaller and the access road to the boat ramp runs between your site and the water. It’s right at the back of your site so you get to hear the trucks pulling their boats in the AM. The second row was better IMHO you could see the water the site were larger and much less road noise. The back row had large sites but no view of the water. Clean bathrooms friendly people. Power was good. All the roads are paved, sites are gravel. We camped at Sebastian Inlet State Park in a Travel Trailer.

Anastasia State Park, St Augustine, Florida

Date of Stay: February, 2011 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

We enjoyed our 4 night stay at Anastasia State Park. The sites are very private with trees and ground cover in between each site. The restrooms and showers were clean and well kept. It was a short walk to the ocean. There is free WiFi at the ocean-side shop. There are two short hiking trails. We camped at Anastasia State Park in a Travel Trailer.

American Heritage RV Park, Williamsburg, Virginia

Date of Stay: December, 2010 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

The sites are close together and there are no trees or bushes in between them, so there is little privacy. The restrooms and showers were very good and clean. They pick up your trash at your site. We did not use the laundry but it looked clean and well kept. This park is convenient to Colonial Williamsburg and the outlet mall. We camped at American Heritage RV Park in a Travel Trailer.
