I rate this place to stay as a nine. It is off the road and $25 dollar a night. Very clean restrooms and bathrooms; they look like they were just made. No fuss, no hassle with getting a spot; just drive down the road, pick one, back in, and go to the office. Paid by check and that was just fine by them; no drivers license, no license plates, just welcome and glad you are staying with us. I will stay here again when I am in the area. It is an all gravel parking lot where you park but fairly level, and the facilities are located in the proper place for hook ups.

We stayed here for a week in April. We found this park very easy to get in and out of. The parking spaces are slightly angled with plenty of room between sites. Sites vary with some having shade trees, grass and picnic tables. They have very clean restrooms and laundry facilities. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Good water pressure, stable power, and the sewer connections are properly graded to the ground level. Although I was a short distance from the office and had a good WiFi connection, I had trouble getting my web browser up and running and found the internet connection rather slow. Verizon signal was strong here and our Air Card worked just fine. We enjoyed our stay here and would certainly stay here again. This park is in a great location for the City of Las Cruces being very handy to shopping and dining.

My daily rate reflects the weekly rate of $165 with tax included and the Good Sams discount. This was a very convenient park to Down Town Bisbee with everything in walking distance. I would have graded the park higher except for very low water pressure and a spotty WIFI signal. However that being said I would not hesitate to stay in this park again for a future visit. The Town of Bisbee is a very interesting place with historical significance, good restaurants, and plenty of shopping for gifts and souvenirs.
