Columbia Sun RV Resort, Kennewick, Washington

Date of Stay: June, 2017 - $50.00
Overall Rating:

This is one of the best parks that we have ever stayed in. Very clean, level sites and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We opted for the pull through gravel site and it was level and very wide. Lots of grass between rigs. We didn't use the pool but it looked very inviting. Everything about this park is 5 star. The WIFI was easy to connect and very fast. We camped at Columbia Sun RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Red Trail Campground, Medora, North Dakota

Date of Stay: July, 2016 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

Nice park in town close to TRNP and the Medora Musical. The musical is well worth going to. The park is a little aging but very acceptable. Would stay there again. We camped at Red Trail Campground in a Motorhome.

Grandview Campground & RV Park, Hardin, Montana

Date of Stay: July, 2016 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

A good place to stay while exploring the area. The sites were large and level. the owner was very friendly and helpful. The only negatives were the wifi was not usable except in or right outside the office. I would suggest using it outside the office because the office stunk of cat urine. And if you use it outside the office be prepared to be pestered by the owners cats. With that in mind I would still stay there again if in the area. We camped at Grandview Campground & RV Park in a Motorhome.

Fidalgo Bay Resort, Anacortes, Washington

Date of Stay: September, 2014 - $38.00
Overall Rating:

This is probably the best RV park in the area. They have several pricing structures depending on the area that you are in. We stayed in the cheap seats. The sites are level and gravel. The sites on the water side of the park appear to be a little wider. The only negative of the RV park is the sewer hook ups. They are down in a hole and your sewer connection is hard to connect. We camped at Fidalgo Bay Resort in a Motorhome.

Quileute Oceanside Resort, La Push, Washington

This was a pleasant surprise. The site we had was a very short walk to the beach. The park was clean and well maintained. Highly recommend the larger pull through sites. We camped at Quileute Oceanside Resort in a Motorhome.

Eagle Tree RV Park, Poulsbo, Washington

Date of Stay: May, 2014 - $36.00
Overall Rating:

Not a bad park, given that there is not a lot to choose from in this area. The person at the desk was friendly and helpful. The site we had was at the rear of the park and was nice and large and flat. We do have a couple of issues with the park. The first is the long term residents here have dogs and they bark. No one is there to keep them quiet. The second is the cable hookup. You need a cable box from the office. And lastly is the entrance/exit to the park. It is a narrow one lane road. If you happen to meet some one going the other direction someone has to yield or back up. We camped at Eagle Tree RV Park in a Motorhome.

Nothing fancy about this park but the staff is the best. Free cookies when checking in and the manager is super friendly. The grounds are clean and well maintained. We have stayed there before and will stay again. The rate is a Passport America rate. We camped at Elma RV Park in a Motorhome.

E & J R.V. Park (aka Days Inn Ellensburg RV Park), Ellensburg, Washington

Date of Stay: March, 2014 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

Nice park right off the freeway. There would have been freeway noise but for the fact that Snoqualmie Pass was closed and there were no trucks going anywhere. The spots were level and paved. The Wi-Fi was marginal at best. We camped at E & J R.V. Park (aka Days Inn Ellensburg RV Park) in a Motorhome.

Steamboat Rock State Park, Electric City, Washington

Great state park. Large level sites with lots of space between rigs. Every night a herd of 12 deer came down and grazed on the grass. We had a site with a view of the lake. Will come back. We camped at Steamboat Rock State Park in a Motorhome.

Jim & Mary's RV Park, Missoula, Montana

Date of Stay: September, 2013 - $34.00
Overall Rating:

Nice park and very friendly staff. The grounds are parklike. Lots of trees so satellite TV coverage is spotty. Have stayed here several times and will do it again if in the area. We camped at Jim & Mary's RV Park in a Motorhome.

North American RV Park & Yurt Village, Coram, Montana

Date of Stay: September, 2013 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

A basic park close to the West entrance to Glacier NP. The sites are close and can be a little tricky to get into. We have 4 slides and had to be sure to avoid the trees. We were assigned to a site that we did not really fit in and asked to be assigned to another site. Even though there were several empty sites that were much bigger the staff was not real receptive to make the change. We got the impression that since we were there using a Passport America discount we should take it or leave it. Not sure we would stay there again not because of the park, but the way we were treated. We camped at North American RV Park & Yurt Village in a Motorhome.

AB Camping & RV Park, Cheyenne, Wyoming

Date of Stay: June, 2012 - $34.00
Overall Rating:

This park has mostly pull throughs, but they are real narrow. There are some trees but the offer little shade. With the narrow roads and small sites we had to back out of the pull through. Probably would not stay here again. We camped at AB Camping & RV Park in a Motorhome.

Cheyenne Mountain State Park, Colorado Springs, Colorado

Date of Stay: June, 2012 - $28.00
Overall Rating:

One of the best State Parks we have ever seen. We stayed in a pull through site on the upper loop. It had a million dollar unobstructed view of the valley. The park is in the shadow of Cheyenne Mountain. (The Norad Site). The only drawback for the Park is that the State charges you an extra $7 per day park usage fee in addition to the camping fee. Your tow vehicle is free, but make sure that is it towed in, or else they will charge you the $7 for it also. We camped at Cheyenne Mountain State Park in a Motorhome.
