Bend / Sisters Garden RV Resort, Sisters, Oregon

Date of Stay: November, 2015 - $41.00
Overall Rating:

We always stay here when traveling in central Oregon because it serves as either a destination site or stopover. Wide spacious sites make it feel more like a state park. Bathrooms are excellent, wi-fi has always been good in our sites. Great areas for walking dogs. We camped at Bend / Sisters Garden RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Kit Fox RV Park, Patterson, California

Date of Stay: November, 2015 - $41.00
Overall Rating:

We stopped for one night on our travel from southern cal. going north. Park was perfect for a quick layover with available pull-thrus (we need 50Ft). Sites were level gravel and easy to access. Some sites had grass adjacent to pad. Bathrooms were excellent, wi-fi was slow but usable. We would use again for one night stopover. Excellent service from manager. We camped at Kit Fox RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Harris Beach State Park, Brookings, Oregon

Date of Stay: October, 2015 - $29.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed for two nights on our travel from Washington to California. Sites were first come first serve at this time of year. No pull-throughs but plenty of room to back in. Some sites that view the ocean but they were full by the time we got there at 3:00 in the afternoon. It rained hard the first night and we noticed the next day that some sites had areas of flooding. They drained later in the day but if it rains be careful. Very quiet with great access to beach. We camped at Harris Beach State Park in a Travel Trailer.

Riverwalk RV Park, Fortuna, California

Date of Stay: October, 2015 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed only one night so didn't get to use all the facilities. Front office was very helpful and found us a site that was easy in easy out. Location was easy to access from 101 with a gas station just down the street. Great stop. We camped at Riverwalk RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Benbow KOA (formerly Benbow RV Park), Garberville, California

Date of Stay: December, 2011 - $31.00
Overall Rating:

We only stayed one night and would stay again. There are plenty of pull through sites with adequate space between each one (but without privacy). The campground was right next to golf course for those who like to play. A river runs next to campground but was difficult to access. All amenities worked great, staff was very helpful. The office had basic supplies for those needing odds and ends. We camped at Benbow KOA (formerly Benbow RV Park) in a Travel Trailer.

Sea and Sand RV Park, Depoe Bay, Oregon

Date of Stay: December, 2011 - $36.00
Overall Rating:

Park has 2 general areas, forest and ocean. We stayed in the ocean area which had three tiers, all with great ocean views. We stayed on top level since we didn't want to disconnect from the trailer (only staying one night). All sites appear to be dirt or gravel. The bathrooms in the ocean area were excellent - new and clean. Wi-Fi, cable, and all hooks ups worked great. The staff was friendly and helpful. Camping was very peaceful and relaxing but it was December on the oregon coast - not very busy. We camped at Sea and Sand RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Grayland Beach State Park, Grayland, Washington

Date of Stay: April, 2011 - $28.00
Overall Rating:

This is one of our favorite parks. We Stayed at sites out along ocean. Quiet, lots of room, easy to back in, and loved that the sites had paved parking for our trailer and are level. There are not a lot of restrooms or showers so they might get backed up during busy times. If you pick a site with a yurt you must pay yurt price. It is very clean and well cared for. We stayed during the rainy period so lots of standing water between sites but it is not really a problem (unless you have children who like stomping in mud). We camped at Grayland Beach State Park in a Travel Trailer.
