This is just what is says - a no-frills RV park. Sites are full hookup, gravel and level. Park is clean, comfortable, and the owners take good care of it. Owners are friendly, helpful and professional. Additional full-hookup sites were being added. Even though it is located in a commercial area, there is a privacy fence around it and we felt secure. We took day trips to Shiprock and Durango. We even went to Four Corners. Rate listed is based on a short stay; lower rates are available for weekly or monthly stays. We would definitely stay here again.

No discount available for short term stay. After staying at their sister location in Phoenix, which was very good, we were shocked at how different this one was. Many long term campers close together so park appeared crowded and cluttered. Many sites had more than one vehicle. We were in a pull thru site which was not level, when legs leveled up, one front wheel was barely touching. Sewerage drain was uphill from coach so wouldn't drain properly (we do not have a pump); electric was fine; water hook-up was very low to ground and was packed with dirt. Had to clean dirt backed up in spigot before connecting hose. Site could have used more gravel/stone so that it wasn't so muddy. We had to go around the outside perimeter of park to get to site; no escort, signs hard to read. As we drove around perimeter to get to site, tree branches dragged against top of coach; turns were tight. This is not a Big Rig friendly park. Our motor home was only 40' ft, so those of you that have bigger rigs with tow vehicles be warned. Couldn't wait to leave; would not recommend to others.

Rate reflects Good Sam discount. Only stayed over night trying to stay ahead of storms causing flooding. Park very clean. Escorted to site. Level gravel site which was good because our legs did not sink into ground when we leveled up. Had been lots of rain. Electric and water excellent. We didn't hook up to sewerage. Staff professional and friendly. Stayed here in a 40' coach with tow vehicle. Site long enough to leave tow vehicle attached for quick departure in morning. Would definitely stay here again.

Rate reflect KOA membership and applying accumulated KOA reward points for further discount. Primarily a gravel park (after all it is a desert). Level site; water pressure, electric, sewage- excellent; staff professorial and courteous; escorted us to site; took time to explain to us about the "sleeping Indian." Great location to visit Mesa Verde National Park. We stayed 5 nights. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

Only stayed here one night on way to Breckenridge, but really enjoyed the stay. We had a pull thru site with electric. Had communal water location so fill your tank before setting up; had dump station. Park was relaxing, comfortable and quiet; staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They were working on a sprinkler system because everything was so dry. Site was long enough so we could leave tow vehicle attached. Plenty of room to open slides. We were in a 40 ft coach. Would stay here again short term. Beautiful sunset was a bonus.

Rate reflects 10% Good Sam discount. This is our second time staying in this campground. We were in a back-in site. Sites are a little close, but well kept. Electric, water pressure, and sewerage excellent. Site level. A little tight for tow vehicle when slides were open. Limited amenities, but location is the key. Convenient to the town of West Yellowstone which has good choice of restaurants and mom-pop stores for browsing. Convenient to the West Yellowstone National Park entrance. As previous reviewer said, it is well run and the employees are very friendly and helpful. Sites are all paved. Would come here again and again.

Rate reflects discount - stay 6 nights, get 7th free. Back in site was level with concrete pad; water pressure, sewerage, electric were fine. Constructions along road at entrance was only an inconvenience until they cut through power line and we lost electric the last day were were there; had to run generator to charge batteries. Lot to do in the area at the time, including the USA Pro bicycle racing. Pricey for the amenities offered, probably due to location. This is an RV community that rents out sites when owners are not there. Outstanding area if you like bicycling. Staff professional, polite, and informative. Would stay here again if in area.

Nightly rate was based on a 14 day stay. We have a 40 coach with 4 slides and a tow vehicle. We had a site in the full hook up loop that was level but we had to trim back the bushes around the hook ups so that we could open our slides. There was a concrete pad with asphalt in front and behind the pad so that your leveling feet were not in the dirt. Water pressure fine; electric fine; sewage fine. Great location for multiple day trips. If you are doing and extended stay like we did, if you are going in and out with your tow vehicle, it might pay to get the CO annual park pass because there is a charge for the day each time you leave and enter a CO park. Staff professional and polite.

Rate reflects 1 week stay; price a bit high but convenient location to Grand Tetons Natl Park. Pull thru site was NOT very level; when legs leveled up, we had to put wood under back wheels because they were more than 2" off ground. Water pressure, electric, and sewerage were fine. No problem opening 4 slides. Area experiencing drought conditions; Jackson Lake down over 29 ft. Campground quiet and relaxing. Staff professional and polite. Had to be careful when hiking due to bear activity; bicycling in Grand Tetons Natl Park was excellent. Great photos of buffalo and antelope. About a 45 min drive to Jackson Hole where Gun Barrel serves excellent buffalo steak. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff extremely courteous & helpful, escorted us to site; cut off branches that might rub against slides. Were here in a pull through for 5 nights in a 40 ft RV in front lower section. Water pressure good; gravel site level with picnic table on concrete slab. Excellent location to restock supplies and to take day trip to Lake Tahoe. Front sites very near 395 so road noise was constant and motorcycles especially loud. Would stay here again as a trade off of location vs noise.

Rate reflects Good Sam discount. Was pleasantly surprised to find this family campground could accommodate a 40' motor coach, plus vehicle. We only stayed one night so we didn't want to detach toad. Site was level; water pressure good; Cable good; Wi-fi good. It was tight making the turns but doable. RVs were side by side, facing one another; hook ups located between the two RVs. Would have ranked higher but sites were too close; when slides were out there wasn't much room between the neighboring RVs. Bonus: Snack Shack had great ice cream and shaved ice.

Rate reflects Good Sam discount. Indicated we needed a pull through site long enough to fit a 40' motor coach and towed vehicle so we wouldn't have to detach toad. We were only staying one night so staff put us in a "premium" pull through site, which would normally cost $52. The site was long enough but when we leveled up our two front tires, they didn't touch the ground. Water pressure good; Cable, electric, and Wi-Fi were good. Staff was courteous and professional. If we wanted to use in door pool or other amenities, we had to go to the Hilton Garden Inn, so we would have to detach the toad which would defeat purpose of pull-through site. As previous reviewer state, in no way was this CG a "resort" and site was definitely not worth the money. Due to cost, would stay here again only if we were desperate for sleep.

Date of Stay:

Rate based on weekly stay. Sites had good water pressure; were level. Staff friendly, helpful, and professional. Location is a Verizon "roaming" zone; CG has free internet - connection slow but useable. Only concern was fire pits were too close to neighboring sites. Luckily, no one used them. Convenient to Capitol Reef. This was our second time here; would stay here again.

Didn't plan on stopping here but needed slide gasket repaired on our 40' motor coach. Scheduled the repair online; immediate called back and set an appointment. Checked into campground. Sites level, landscaped, good water pressure, table and chairs at site, food at Florizona restaurant on-site was outstanding. Staff at campground, restaurant, and service area were outstanding. Superior in all ways to Lazy Days in Tampa, Fl. Stay here 4 days waiting for part and repair to be completed; they did excellent work. Would come here again.

Date of Stay:

Previously called to make sure they could fit a 40' motorcoach and tow vehicle on a level site. They said they could - NOT TRUE. Site was so unlevel we could not open slides. Everything was tight; almost couldn't get out. Need to disagree with earlier reviewer - sites were filthy; grass as high as hook-ups; sewerage was around ground connection so we didn't hook up our sewerage connection. Picnic table broken, couldn't be used. Would NEVER stay here again. Can't believe KOA inspectors approved this place. Big disappointment.
