Sunset Point Campground, Harrington, Maine

Date of Stay: August, 2018 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

Great spot! Roads are gravel and in good condition. Sites are grass and are very roomy with lots of trees for privacy. All sites were easy to get in and out of - both back in and pull throughs. We saw several 45' Motorhomes come and go with no problems. The owner has mowed many areas and trails through out the property so it was nice for walking the dogs. Also there is a nice walking trail along the water. There is a medium size grocery store not too far but most things are not close by. This was our favourite RV Park so far this summer and we plan on returning. We have a 38' motorhome. We camped at Sunset Point Campground in a Motorhome.

York Beach Camper Park, York Beach, Maine

Date of Stay: July, 2018 - $55.00
Overall Rating:

Good location within walking distance of town and Short Sands Beach. The people running the park could not be nicer or more helpful and everyone was friendly. The sites were very close and many of them were not very level. Roads are gravel and well maintained. The sites were covered with wood chips which were kind of soft when it rained. All in all not bad and we will come again. We camped at York Beach Camper Park in a Motorhome.

OK RV Park, Holbrook, Arizona

Date of Stay: May, 2011 - $33.00
Overall Rating:

Easy access from Route 40 and well marked. Easy in and out for big rigs. Very dusty and open. Friendly people in the office. It is $5 extra for 50 amp service. Good for a night while passing through. We did not use the bathrooms or showers but used the laundry and found it nice and clean. Be careful buying fuel in the area as prices are all over the place. $4.69 near the RV Park and $4.03 less than a mile down the road. We would stay again if passing through. We camped at OK RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

River City RV Park, Bullhead City, Arizona

Date of Stay: May, 2011 - $18.00
Overall Rating:

Good location, close to everything needed. Managers of park are very friendly and helpful. Many long term tenants. They pull through sites are close together near the front of the park. We had a back in site that was tight to get in but was a nice protected spot with trees. We did not use the bathrooms or showers. We would return. We camped at River City RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Cottonwood Creek RV Park, Dripping Springs, Texas

Date of Stay: April, 2011 - $15.00
Overall Rating:

The rate was based on the monthly fee. We stayed a month and hated to leave. This is a wonderful little park with nice spaces and a walking trail through the woods. The park and laundry room is kept clean and neat at all times. The owners live on site and do enforce the rules: none of which we found unreasonable. Unlike the previous review, we found them very likable and fun to be around. They are helpful and willing to share their knowledge with those of us with less experience, without being intrusive. The only downside to our visit was the poor phone reception and in our case we only needed to go a few steps up the hill. It is not a question of when we will be back but when. A great experience for us. We camped at Cottonwood Creek RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Traders Village RV Park, Houston, Texas

Date of Stay: March, 2011 - $28.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed four nights to visit relatives in the area. It features nice clean grounds and friendly staff. The sites are very close together. It is tight getting in with all of the cars when the flea market is open, but ok the rest of the time. It is a good location and we would use it again. We camped at Traders Village RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
