Date of Stay:

Parklike setting next to motel. Well kept, relatively level grass sites. Not crowded together. Office staff very friendly and helpful. Only detracting feature is constant Hwy. 301 traffic noise.

Date of Stay:

Overhanging Live oak branches, Spanish moss, hard packed coarse sand roads and enough foliage to give the impression of visual privacy between sites. Ocean across Hwy A1A and intercoastal waterway on the other end of the park. 2 very good restaurants within walking distance. Many residents but park is neat and tidy. Park water has sulphur smell and taste but apparently not harmful. Locals say it tastes good. Propane available between 12-12:30 pm and 4-4:30 pm daily unless it rains (lightning issues) or you can leave your tank unattended on the office porch and staff may fill it. I guess I lived too long in a big city as leaving our relatively new 40# propane alone seemed like an invitation to steal. Courtesy Gas on Hwy. 16 also sells propane. Office staff not particularly friendly or helpful. WiFi available only at office despite what office staff may tell you upon requesting reservations. Privacy scarce when using WiFi in office. Rate listed based on monthly rate and includes 9% occupancy tax and electricity at $.14/kw.

Date of Stay:

Live oak, Spanish moss, paved and gravel roads. Recently purchased by City of Tybee. Monthly rate is now double to $840. Grounds staff friendly, office staff not. We "full time" and though one can forward mail to the park P.O. Box, staff doesn't collect mail on a regular basis, despite repeated inquiries from guests (i.e.: 8 days for priority mail envelope). Satellite reception for tv varies depending on site. WiFi good.

Date of Stay:

Paved, level sites separated by grass and small trees. Beautifully maintained. Staff very friendly. Park was only about 20% occupied, so it was quiet. Some road noise from adjacent 2 lane highway, but not too noticeable if located farther into park. Fishing pond was a little low so some smell of mud flats when no wind. Very fast WiFi. Rate reflects weekly rate.

Date of Stay:

Sites paved, level, with grass. Beautiful setting on bayou. Weather changed rapidly with 10-20 mph winds usual. Good place for bird watching. Many residents that commute to work somewhere between 5-6 a.m., but park was clean and quiet. Residents ignore park speed, so beware if walking dog after dark. Park being sold to new owners so conditions and rates may change. Rate reflects monthly rate.

Date of Stay:

Gravel, fairly level sites. Grass and some trees between closely placed sites. Park was full most of the time with many repeat "winter Texans". A lot of full time residents, but park was clean and quiet and friendly. Rate reflects monthly rate.

Date of Stay:

Paved sites with grass and trees. Trees can be a problem for fixed satellite dish. Park was only about 30-40% full with about 1/2 residents, but park was clutter free but for one exception. Residents also don't adhere to park speed limit. Helpful staff, nice facilities, free dog waste bags. Rate reflects monthly rate.

Date of Stay:

The best designed and landscaped park we have seen. Many sites surround lake and fountain. Paved streets, sites. Next to Terrible's Casino. Cable hook up didn't work. Saw many rigs with antennas up. About 16 local channels available, with poor to good picture quality.

Date of Stay:

Basic paved parking lot with small patches of grass. Not in Reno, but in Verdi, about 6 miles west of Reno on I 80. Park uses street address for mail forwarding.

Date of Stay:

Gravel roads, country setting, residents in the lower portions of park. Friendly, helpful owners, store on site. 10 miles north of Grants Pass.

Date of Stay:

Gravel roads, dead grass, many residents, not a friendly park. However, it is across the road from from John Wayne Marina and Sequim Bay. Above rate based on month's stay, includes electricity.

Date of Stay:

Properly named as park is small but nicely landscaped, one block off Washington (the main street) in town and across the street from a field. Paved roads, sites. Many not level. Tight quarters for big rigs. Friendly hosts. Above rate based on month's stay, electricity extra.

Date of Stay:

Small park with owners also operating excellent RV repair facility. Replaced brake actuator, involving warranty, in 2 days, which included part shipment. Many trains passing through nearby, sounding horns at all hours. Gravel roads. Some residents. Located 1 block east of Hwy. 95. Convenient to town and Lake Pend Oreille.

Date of Stay:

Grass, cottonwood trees, river sounds made for a pleasant stay. Managers/owners were friendly and helpful. No WiFi outside of office. Insects and shedding cottonwoods were annoying, but would stay there again.

Date of Stay:

Lower park is shaded, terraced - but pine trees shed a lot of pine needles. Internet dial up modem in office. Can use library or hospital WiFi in town. Many residents. Would stay there again if returning to Gig Harbor. Above nightly rate is based on monthly rate. Electricity is extra.
