Rolley Lake Provincial Park , Mission, British Columbia

Date of Stay: April, 2011 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

Basic, simple - the lake is great, the place has nothing to do, I didn't see the water fall (sorry) nothing there (you have to travel 30 minutes to get stuff - FOOD DRINKS GAS ETC), - its nothing more than a basic campground with a lake, wasn't to impressed, but its just another overnight.. We camped at Rolley Lake Provincial Park in a Motorhome.

Birch Island Campground & RV, Clearwater, British Columbia

Date of Stay: April, 2011 - $29.00
Overall Rating:

I tried to get into other campgrounds/RV Parks in the area but they were closed until May. I found this one, the guy that was on site, was happy to help us, and found a great spot looking across the mountains. The river walk was great which there was two different ones, they had a few things to buy, food, drinks on site, plus if you walk 5 minutes you can go to the General store for all the stuff you need, GAS, which was very handy, and the prices where excellent too. I was surprised to find WI-Fi here too being in the middle of nowhere. I will definitely stay here again. They seem happy enough to let your dog off leach as long as its out the main area of the campground, What I also liked about the place is, and also explained to us is that its in a banana belt, so they get less rain/wind/snow, and more sun, as the clouds slip off around that area of the campground, crazy eh! We camped at Birch Island Campground & RV in a Motorhome.

Foothills Lions Centennial Park, Black Diamond, Alberta

Date of Stay: April, 2011 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

Liked this place. It seemed alright, clean and fresh - nothing to shout about - but its flat, and minimum trees- I guess it's typical Alberta, going to BC next so should find a more tree like environment. Above all clean stay - but only a overnighter. Shopping was close, but couldnt get Gas. We camped at Foothills Lions Centennial Park in a Motorhome.
