An absolute must-stay if you RV into a 100 mile radius of Colorado Springs. The owner and his staff are friendly and courteous, with a helping hand to make sure your set-up is easy and quick. The grounds are clean, landscaped, full of trees, wildlife is plentiful and fun to watch. There are dog walk trails and a dog play-yard. Children playground, walking and biking trails w/incredible views. The close proximity to all things shopping, dining, sight-seeing is perfect and still far enough off the main highway to have total peace and quiet. There is a well equipped lounge with large TV, fireplace, full kitchen, game room, computer room. Cabins and RV's are available for rent. Satellite TV is available. We will not consider any other park in a 100 mile radius - this, by leaps and bounds is the best in area.

Friendly staff, well stocked store with propane available for refills, seems to have many "permanent residents" that are a bit messy, not close to sightseeing, quiet and off main roads.

Sites are small for larger RV. Near RR tracks, the trains run 24 hrs and are noisy, but eventually get used to it. Friendly staff, clean, sparse landscaping.
