They have just upgraded the sites to full hook ups which is a great addition. Sites which are paved could be longer, but hear they might extend them farther with gravel, which would be a plus. Site aprons could be made wider as you will have to back across the grass which is new and with rain, might sink some. Overall things are better but some small changes will help a lot. Not many camping spots in the northern part of Delaware and a short drive from 896 will makes this a great overnight stop for some snowbirds.

This is our go to, stop over spot in the area. A short drive from the highway and set so there is no noise from the highway. Nice long pull thru, but had to unhook to level front to rear.

Stayed here again this year for the FROG Rally and as always the grounds are immaculate. Seeing they just got thru with their fair: it was impressive to see how clean the grounds were, and how fast the fair ground crew were able to set up all the things needed for a rally of close to 800 rigs. Yes there are trains, but all summer almost every where we stayed we heard trains. Maybe not as close as here, but we got used to the noise. FYI: Some sites might need extra lengths of sewer hose.

Very nice park, clean and well run, roomy sites. Was assigned a pull-through; all good hookups. Staff very friendly. Close to highway but noise was not bad. There is a sand pit or quarry next door so not sure how noisy that would be as we got here late in the day.

As said before, basically a large field with long sites back to back, but they try to use them as pull thru if not busy as was the case while we were here. The hook ups all good, no cable but ok over the air signal. Staff very friendly and helpful. We joked about a site with shade but she did face us so the afternoon sun was behind us to enjoy sitting out under the shade of our awning.

Arrived during a heavy storm and found hook ups basically under water, looked at other sites to try and change but found the same, our main reason here was to visit the theme park so after the water soaked into the ground things worked out. Long pull thru but not real level, seems sites are getting upgraded to concrete but looks like it will take a while. Trolley to park was nice wristbands needed worn to ride trolly and enter the pool area.

Nice clean park, long pull thru site, friendly and helpful staff. A little noisy from I-80 but a/c helped drown the sound for sleeping. Site was long enough for our class 8 truck, 39' 5th wheel and Smart car.

Nice park right off of I-80 so there was road noise. This is a very popular, over night place as they were filled by evening and emptied out in the am. We spent 3 nights here to see the area and it filled the need well.

This has to be one of the nicest parks we have been to, beautiful landscape sites, long and wide so not to feel like you on top of your neighbor. A bit of a ride to Colorado Springs and attractions but for us it was worth it, especially after seeing some of the rv parks in the town area.

As said before this is in town and a little road noise, more if up front. Small place but very clean and run very well, just a little tight getting around with our class 8 tractor & 5th wheel but staff from the campground is very good on helping you back into your site. Small pool but does the job getting wet and a nice little community room for getting together if you want card games and a nice ping pong table also.

Nice park in town limits. We tow with a class 8 truck and could maneuver fine although a little tight. Yes sites can be tight due to vegetation but not real bad. I liked the way sites are set up. Next time would ask for a site more in the middle of the park for less road noise.

Most comments so far are spot on. Nice clean park but best use is for going to the amusement park, which we were rather disappointed with. Seemed poorly run, being a Cedar Fair park we expected much more. Campground sites are nice and all hook ups worked well. Very little shade but park staff was friendly and helpful. Do no think we will return.

Small campground but plenty of larger sites in back, all pull-through. We tow with a class 8 tractor and had plenty of room, just had to be careful. Site long enough for truck, camper, and our Smart Car to fit. Probably the best choice in the area. Ice cream at store in evening was good to have and very generous helpings. No more cable but got enough over the air for our 3 night stay plus kept my worrying wife updated on the weather.

As others have said it is basically a parking lot with hookups but a good spot to stop to do the Arch, which is what we wanted. Looked in the casino but not our thing. Only one restaurant opened while we were there midweek. If in area again would probably look for somewhere farther out.

Rate reflects TT membership. Good interior roads easy to navigate with our class 8 truck and 39' 5th wheel. Place full of annuals so best sites are taken and not many for transit campers. Would like to see a change in that all over the Thousand Trails system. Nice and quiet so makes for a relaxing stay.
