This is a very friendly, small, over 55 park that is under new ownership and management. This park caters primarily to seasonal residents, but has transient sites available. We really enjoyed our stay. We liked it so much, we bought one of the park models, and plan to stay much of next winter here. We made lots of friends in the few weeks we stayed here.

This is a really nice park with large sites arranged in cul-de-sacs. The campground is in the back corner of a large park in an urban area. While there is no Wi-Fi, there is excellent cell phone/air card service. I too, have an issue with the management of the park. I reserved a site almost a year in advance and they did not honor my reservation. Many people in the park were complaining about similar issues, and management was generally unresponsive. There are no weekly or monthly rates available.
