Very clean and well maintained. Most, if not all sites in #3 are pull-through. Large sites. We reserved the Lakeside Pavilion for a family reunion and everyone enjoyed the facility (little overpriced) and closeness to restrooms and playground (large area for throwing frisbee, football). Great weekend! Hated leaving. Will definitely come back for longer stay (and try the golf course and train).

The best thing about this park is their bathrooms, with strong overhead fans to help against the heat. Our site was at the bottom of a rocky incline, and it rained on 2nd day and washed us out. "Lake" Griffin. There is a canal to the lake within the park, but otherwise no view of the lake. It is a short drive from home but we won't return or recommend it.

They need to do something about the racoon's! One ruined our trip chewing a hole in our tent while we sleeping. There is no reason the population can't be thinned out. We liked the seclusion of each site but could use some manicuring to make it easier to maneuver. The Rec room came in handy during afternoon storms (took books, games and drinks). We would definitely return if racoon's relocated.
