La Mesa RV Park, Cortez, Colorado

Date of Stay: May, 2011 - $16.00
Overall Rating:

Very helpful and cordial owner. Nice, simple RV park. Wide sites. Can't put a finger on it but we just felt comfortable there. We stayed 2 extra days because we liked it. We used Passport America for the discount rate. We camped at La Mesa RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Big Creek RV (Closed), Kellogg, Idaho

Date of Stay: May, 2011 - $16.00
Overall Rating:

A little diamond in the rough is found in this small out of the way park. It is a beautiful area. It is within sight of freeway but not too noisy. A nice creek runs about 100 yards away. The "Trail of the Couer d'Alenes" also runs by - 60+ mile long paved bicycle trail. The manager and owner very welcoming. There are a couple of long term tenants but their sites are fairly well kept. We used Passport America for the discount. We camped at Big Creek RV (Closed) in a Fifth Wheel.

Woods Valley Kampground, Valley Center, California

Very nice grounds. Entire campground shaded with large oak trees. Situated in hills on winding road. We enjoyed our short stay. Felt very welcome using Passport America. Couldn't get cable to work, didn't ask about it. Recommended. We camped at Woods Valley Kampground in a Fifth Wheel.
