I stayed for one night, with no reservation. I was lucky to get in, as there were only 3-4 open spots. Very nice campground, but kind of packed in, and very close to other base facilities (fitness center, gate, etc.). Laundry facilities and bathrooms were nice. There appeared to be a shortage of water hookups, with multiple trailers splitting off of one hydrant. The onsite manager was good to work with. No Wi-Fi, unfortunately. I would stay there again, but would call ahead first. And if you're not familiar with the base, write down good directions to get to the gate.

This is a nice quiet park at a great rate ($5/day) paid on the honor system. The RV sites were level and easy to get into, and had covered picnic benches next to them. There's a series of ponds that kids were fishing in. The bathroom was clean but run down. I didn't notice a usable shower. If there was one, it would have been "rustic". There appears to be volunteers taking care of the grounds, but obviously at $5/night you should expect a KOA-type campground. I would stay here again, since it's not too far from the highway and is very easy to check in and out on the honor system.
