We had a great time at this campground until the weekend/holiday crowd arrived. They also contracted the pool out to a group that trashed the restrooms. Owner proceeded to work with motorized equipment to clean the restrooms at 10:30 pm (Very loud). Great petting zoo but look out for the bee's. Otherwise the owners were very friendly, and made frequent rounds. Sites are level but obviously have some drainage issues when it rains. We would return on an off season weekday having made sure rain was not in the forecast.

This is a great park to go with kids. The lake was low so the kids actually had a beach this time. I do hope they can make improvements on leveling the sites, definitely take blocks to level your RV. We have been here twice and both times the kids were easily able to make new acquaintances with other children. Great place for kids.

This is a very nice campground. Staff was very helpful. Pool hours only till 7:00 pm during the week. Lots to do in the area. Really good ice-cream. Excellent place to camp if you have a boat. Friendly year round residents. Good place to fish and birdwatch. We will definitely come again, next time to rent a boat.

We have camped here numerous times. Great place to go for the weekend. Large shady sites. No sewer so we can't stay more than 2 days. We prefer early spring and fall, too many ticks in the summer months and the kids like to play in the woods too much. Nice swimming area on the lake.

Stayed here to witness Space Shuttle Launch. A good place to view launch under the palm trees. The squirrels are all over the place. Be sure to close your car doors, my son left mine open and I later came by and closed it with a squirrel inside. Chewed up some window gasket. Good thing I wasn't getting in when I discovered it. Only reason I didn't give a 10 is no wi-fi except at the office and they were working on lounge so I didn't have access to that facility.

We spent nearly a week at this campground. Nice facility, a lot of expansion is planned. More shade trees in open fields would be nice. Wish we were offered some sites in the older section closer to swimming area and more shaded. If we return, we will be more selective in what area we wish to set up. Staff was friendly and bathhouses were well kept. Many activities to do nearby. We will come back to camp here.

Camped middle of the week for two nights on off season. Heated indoor pool is actually heated, hot tub is "hot". Good location and access to Myrtle beach attractions. I dare say, it would not be my first choice during the summer, I know I wouldn't enjoy it much but Spring comes early in SC. Had 8 campsites to myself with 2 bath houses within 100 feet of site. Lots of shade and climbing trees for the kids. Grounds and facilities well kept even during off season. We'll be back in the Fall or next Spring.
