Date of Stay: September, 2007
As others stated, this park recently changed ownership, and is now a KOA. This is where the troubles begin. We stayed here with a group of 8 families total. The reservations were all made before the sale took place, and the new owner didn't seem to want our business. I have stayed at KOA's from Pennsylvania to Ontario, and while not all of them were perfect, I was always made to feel welcome. This was not the case at Pine Valley. The facility itself is very nice, and appears to be well maintained. The bathrooms were very clean. The campground offered an extensive cable tv selection, though we don't usually bring a television with us. I was not able to receive the Wi-Fi at my site (13), but others in our group were able to get it. The playground is in utter disrepair, to the point that one of the fathers in our group repaired part of the jungle gym to prevent any of our children from getting injured. The staff appeared unfriendly, and the owner was downright disrespectful and rude. Despite the sign at the office stating "Family Camping Fun", the impression left with me was that this campground wishes to only cater to the "one night stay, childless, class A owner". We will not stay here again, nor do we recommend it to any families.
Date of Stay: July, 2007
We have always heard this was the best campground in the Northeast, and finally had chance to try it out this July. The park is huge, and well maintained. We were in the Safari area, and I felt that the $72/night price tag was a bit steep for W/E in a field. The pools were nice, but were a good walk from our site. Activities were plentiful and there is a nice trail to hike. The bath house near us lacked showers, but we used the one in our trailer. We would visit again, as long as it's not in the Safari area.
Date of Stay: June, 2007
We camped here with a several other families in June and had a wonderful time. We didn't use the restrooms, so I can't comment on them, but if they are anything like the rest of the park, then they must have been clean and well maintained. The staff was pleasant and helpful, and they accommodated us all by keeping us all in a loop so that we were together. The pool was awesome, and the kids loved the mushroom and the slide. We will stay here again, without hesitation.

Stayed here on Mothers Day weekend, with several other families. The campground accommodated us with keeping us together, and the staff was exceptional. Can't rate the bathrooms, but would guess that like the rest of the campground, they were well maintained. It was early in the season, so the pool wasn't open yet, but everything was nice and quiet. We are already planning a return, with the same group of friends for next May.
