Vito's RV, Quartzsite, Arizona

Date of Stay: January, 2012 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

More dirt than gravel. Permanent residents tie their dogs up, the dogs relieve themselves on the road. Rigs and cars just drive over the mess. Vito parks RVs wherever. Will not return. We camped at Vito's RV in a Fifth Wheel.

Wine Country RV Resort, Paso Robles, California

Date of Stay: October, 2011 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

We camped with our RV club in the group sites. The park is lovely and close to all of Paso Robles activities. Easy to navigate for a big rig. We will stay here again. Great location to visit the wineries. 2 of our favorites are Graveyard and Stillwater. Both are small family owned with great wine. We camped at Wine Country RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Salt Lake City KOA, Salt Lake City, Utah

Paved road and sites. Lots of vegetation. Big Rig friendly but Be Careful of the trees. Very busy: we arrived prior to 5 pm and there were limited sites available. Good location for visiting Salt Lake. Be aware major road construction on Temple and Redwood for June 2011. We had to detour to enter and exit KOA entry We camped at Salt Lake City KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

Cottonwood Inn & Suites, Glasgow, Montana

Date of Stay: June, 2011 - $28.00
Overall Rating:

This RV park is part of a motel complex. Dirt, gravel and grass. The roads are muddy. The gnats are horrible, do not leave your windows or doors open. I would try to avoid this area. We camped at Cottonwood Inn & Suites in a Fifth Wheel.

A Prairie Breeze RV Park, Menoken, North Dakota

Date of Stay: June, 2011 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

RV park was friendly and very full mostly with permanent residents and people displaced from the flood. Limited sites available. Long, very narrow, pull through sites. Short dirt road entry with gravel and grass sites. Park was quiet. Check in is self serve. This worked for us as an overnight stay. We were able to have all slides out and entry and exit were easy. We camped at A Prairie Breeze RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Wisconsin Riverside Resort, Spring Green, Wisconsin

Date of Stay: June, 2011 - $50.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed in the one site that is advertised as river view. It had a peek a boo view, that we paid an additional $10 for. Do not bother, the site was dirt and grass. Our RV jacks needed extra support not to sink into the dirt pad. This area is in the section with permanent seasonal RVs. The newer area is for short term and overnight. I would stay in this section. The sites are large, dirt, grass with a concrete pad for the picnic table. The location is quiet. We stayed here to visit Taliesin and House on the Rock. We camped at Wisconsin Riverside Resort in a Fifth Wheel.
