Nice park..our site was not vacated when we arrived and staff could not get any info as to when we could set up...so had to move until our site became available. Trash was overflowing, literally. Great restaurant at resort! We camped at Maverick Ranch RV Park at Lajitas Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Ponderosa Campground, Cody, Wyoming

Date of Stay: June, 2011 - $39.00
Overall Rating:

This is really a pretty nice campground except for the Wi-Fi. We could not get a signal in our site and had to go to the video room for signal. Hosts are wonderful. The dog park was not clean and trash not picked up in the dog walk area the whole time we were here. We would stay here again, though. Very close to Museum and town. We camped at Ponderosa Campground in a Motorhome.

RV Retreat at Johnson's Corner, Loveland, Colorado

Date of Stay: June, 2011 - $38.00
Overall Rating:

This is one of the poorest campgrounds we have stayed in!! We should have read the previous posts first. Sites are so tight your slide outs almost touch and I seriously mean that. There are lots of permanent residents in trailers. We would never stay here again and can not imagine that anyone else would. We camped at RV Retreat at Johnson's Corner in a Motorhome.

Kerrville-Schreiner Park, Kerrville, Texas

Date of Stay: March, 2008 - $21.00
Overall Rating:

One of the friendliest and pleasant parks in Texas. We stayed on the river side and loved it. Hiking trails very nice. Some look to be "permanent residents" and that is the only drawback. Beautiful park. We camped at Kerrville-Schreiner Park in a Motorhome.

Hill Country Cottage and RV Resort, New Braunfels, Texas

Overall Rating:

Close to I-35. Friendly staff! Very, very narrow sites for larger rigs to pull into. Best amenity is easy off and on I-35. Would stay again, but not for other than overnight. We camped at Hill Country Cottage and RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Left number several times for reservations--never called back and no one ever answered phone. Absolutely horrible surroundings. Very run down trailers with permanent residents living there. Would NEVER stay there again. We camped at Stone Creek RV Park in a Motorhome.

Salt Lake City KOA, Salt Lake City, Utah

Date of Stay: May, 2007 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

Very large park with a lot of permanent residents. Reception desk personnel not extremely friendly. Good for overnight while in Salt Lake City due to excellent location to downtown area. Trains can be heard all night. Would stay again only for proximity to everything. We camped at Salt Lake City KOA in a Motorhome.
