Babcock State Park, Clifftop, West Virginia

Date of Stay: August, 2015 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

One of the nicest campgrounds anywhere. Nestled among big trimmed up trees and open spacious sites. Nice nearby short walking trails-well marked. Very very clean restrooms including new bars of soap in the showers. Nice staff. Many hills and twisty roads to get here but worth it. We're from Colorado and heading home after a month in our Aliner camper. We camped at Babcock State Park in a Travel Trailer.

Ely KOA, Ely, Nevada

Date of Stay: May, 2011 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

First view from highway is not inviting. Many apparent long term trailers face the highway and are packed in tight. Yet, when you get past this, the park is quite pleasant with view of the neighboring mountains. Our back in site was in gravel and a bit rough graded. People were nice and put us in a rather private spot with a nice view overlooking a grass mini park. We camped at Ely KOA in a Motorhome.

Campground St. Regis, St. Regis, Montana

Date of Stay: May, 2011 - $28.00
Overall Rating:

While close to Interstate, the site is protected with large trees and is quiet. These are the nicest cleanest rest rooms and showers that we have encountered anywhere. We have camped over 30 days in the last year. We camped at Campground St. Regis in a Travel Trailer.
