Good things about this campground include the Staff who were great, very helpful, escort to site, food available and can even be delivered to your site, easy access from the interstate and with the AC running I didn't hear any noise from the highway, they also pick up the trash at your site each morning. The not so good things about this park included dogs running loose with no apparent owners in sight (not to mention the calling cards they left on the sites) non-existent wi fi, and the sites not being set up too well. The pull thru site we had was supposed to be big enough, but by the time we pulled the tow off the road we could barely connect to the water, etc., fortunately we had extensions for everything. If you're staying a while and disconnecting it probably wouldn't be a problem. BTW with my KOA discount and rewards I ended up paying $19 for the site. I would not come back here at $49 per night.

Great overnight stop. FHU, cable tv and wifi all worked well. We are 40' plus a truck in tow and there's plenty of room at each site. No need to disconnect. Always lots of skeeters here though so take some bug spray.

Nice, clean campground that is easily accessible from the interstate. Nice long pull thrus and friendly staff. Our go to stop traveling back and forth to FL.

Staff couldn't be nicer. All very helpful upon check in, escorted to site. Someone cancelled and we were bumped up to one of the prime sites with view of the lake. Trash container at each site which is picked up daily. We only stayed overnight this time, but roads are good and easy to pull into site w/o disconnecting our tow.

Have stayed here before. Very well maintained campground. Cable, internet and all hook ups worked well. Easy acess to site, which was a pull through. We used to like to stay in the back area, however they've changed most of those to seasonal otherwise I'd probably give it a ten! Nicest campground close to Johnstown.

Very nice park. Our first site wasn't long enough, but they quickly gave us another one that accommodated both our rig and tow. We just stayed overnight, but the place was so nice and open we hope to come back again and stay longer.

Heavily wooded park, grounds are very clean. Office staff was very nice and office did include a small store with the usuals. Laundry was small but clean and well kept. Wifi at our site was non existent but we were able to use Verizon hotspot. We had a nice pull thru with FHU including cable. Unfortunately the site number was posted on a tree past our site so what should have been a pull thru ended up being a back-in for our 40' coach with tow. Just one of those days. My only real problem is the entrance to the campground. We saw no signage indicating where to stop near the office and it is very tight. So no matter what, you end up blocking traffic. Lots of seasonals here, but everyone was very friendly except the guy we blocked!

Nice park, mostly seasonals. Long trip to our site up the long and winding road, but the site was very spacious and everything worked. I agree with another reviewer in that the price is above average considering there is no cable nor wifi at the sites. Since we were at the top of the campground our Dish satellite did work, as did our Verizon hot spot. Staff was friendly and the campground was very well kept.

Nice clean park. Great pull through sites for our 40' motorhome and tow. No need to unhook if you're not staying long. Price included FHU, pull thru with cable and wifi. The wifi worked well but did slow in the evenings, however we had no issues. The restaurant in front of the campground had great breakfasts. Would definitely stay here again if in the area. I would have rated it a ten, but I hate outdoor laundries. Personal preference.

We were so lucky to get a site here. The owners are so nice and really worked to fit us in as it's their busiest time. Neatly kept park that picks up the trash at your site. Great wifi and cable as there are lots of trees and I doubt you could get satellite. Conveniently located so its a short drive to Kennebunkport and other local highlights. They do have a nice playground set up for kids in front of the office (which also includes a small camp store with the usual necessities). Sites are back in, but plenty of room for our 40' motorhome. Easy access from I-95. I highly recommend.

Its just a parking lot for overnighters. We walked back into the true camping area and there were plenty of folks there, but it appears crowded also. The staff was great. The first site they gave us wasn't big enough and thankfully they were able to relocate us into a better spot. Definitely had to unhook to get into it. Lots of people and cars on the weekend because of the river activities. We were afraid we'd be blocked in so we left really early in the morning. Its about the only game in town so its ok for an overnight stay if needed.

Camp is nice and clean, including restrooms and laundry. Staff is friendly and helpful. The roads thru the campground are quite narrow in spots. Backing into some of these sites is quite tricky. Fortunately the campers across from us were out the day we arrived because I'm not sure we could've swung into the spot had their truck been parked on their site. The site itself was fairly private and spacious. Had a nice picnic table and fire ring. We travel in a 40' motorhome with tow.

Lovely park. Our first stay here, but not our last. I agree the hill going up to the park is a little daunting, but we had no trouble with a 40' motorhome towing a truck! The grounds are neatly kept, the staff was very friendly. Happened to be a wedding that weekend and it was so nice to see how helpful they were to the families planning the event. Very nice. No problem leveling, good electric, water and cable.

Traveling back home and decided to spend a few days near Pigeon Forge. Honestly this wasn't our first choice, but after a long drive this was so conveninet to I-40 we decided to give it a try and am I glad we did! This was a great campground. Friendly folks, good size site, full hook ups, an internet that worked plus cable. They have a nice size pool which looked immaculate and laundry which was very clean. Trash is picked up at site daily. Easy to find and the roads within the park easily handled a motorhome with tow. We plan on returning and staying longer.

This is a great little park. Each time we've been here they've improved upon some item. They have nice spacious sites for big rigs. Its easy to find and convenient to interstate. The owner/operators are so nice and ready to help you any way they can, very knowledgeable about the area. We stayed here overnight but next time plan to stay longer.
