Pismo Coast Village RV Resort, Pismo Beach, California

Date of Stay: October, 2013 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

This park is extremely tight, all back in sites, all dirt sites with no pavement, the water when hooked up poured black for at least 5 minutes, so not sure how fit it was for consumption. The lounge was being used by a club, so locked up all day even while no one was using. Security enforces no dogs in the laundry no matter what the reason. While walking our dogs we saw much dog fieces that others did not pic up. While we traveling we stopped at this park to have some warranty work performed across the street from this park. We left the motorhome at the dealer and returned to the park and it was cold and wet, so we went into the laundry room where it was dry and warm. Then a security man asked us to leave, we explained our situation but still had to leave. I spoke with the park mgr. but he was unable to offer us any options even while the club house was empty. Totally not dog friendly or people friendly. Will not return! We camped at Pismo Coast Village RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Gig Harbor RV Resort, Gig Harbor, Washington

Date of Stay: June, 2011 - $34.00
Overall Rating:

Very friendly staff, attractive park with large trees for shade. Great spacing for big rigs, close to Gig Harbor for shopping or dinning. Would certainly return, would be a 10 score if the sites had been concrete vs the gravel. We camped at Gig Harbor RV Resort in a Motorhome.

This is a very attractive park and centrally located for exploring this area. Has friendly staff, and nice shade trees between sites. The pool needs cleaning and the restrooms need updating as fixtures are very old yet clean. Really enjoyed the assistant managers. We camped at Betabel RV Park in a Motorhome.
