Seven Springs Travel Park, New Port Richey, Florida

Date of Stay: November, 2016 - $15.00
Overall Rating:

This is a very well maintained park. Nice clubhouse and pool. The downside to this park is the management (owners). Each of them are very unfriendly and sometimes even rude. A few of the long term residents confirmed our feelings.
They have a no dog rule, but it would be good idea to double check. We did hear a dog bark a few times and saw two dogs that were being kept inside the RV, out of site. We camped at Seven Springs Travel Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Gulf Coast RV Resort (formerly River Lodge RV Resort), Inglis, Florida

Date of Stay: January, 2016 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

Second visit here. A favorite area of ours.. This was a good value before they started adding electric charges. Some people with reservations were not even contacted about this change, as promised. Staff was always helpful, and the park is well maintained. There is no clubhouse and the wifi is so slow, its not worth the trouble. It gets cold here in the winter and the no see-ums are relentless on most warm days. Will not stay here again. We camped at Gulf Coast RV Resort (formerly River Lodge RV Resort) in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Great area to visit. Crystal River is just big enough for most everyone. Cedar Key is about 45 min. north and well worth the visit.

Cincinnati South Campground, Crittenden, Kentucky

Date of Stay: August, 2015 - $34.00
Overall Rating:

Nice small park. Nice layout and in the woods. Well maintained.
The sad part is the noise. It is about halfway between I75 and a very busy railroad. Our site was about 300 ft. from the interstate. Makes it hard to sit outdoors and enjoy a pretty little park. We camped at Cincinnati South Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Sunny's Campground, Wauseon, Ohio

Date of Stay: August, 2015 - $18.00
Overall Rating:

This place is huge. Well maintained and organized. WIFI is good once you get on. This WIFI is very secure and takes some patience to get on. Mostly permanents and seasonal, but very neat and clean. Lots of rules, but I'm sure its necessary with this number of residents. We camped at Sunny's Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Good park for short or long stay. Some sites are shaded and some are a little more open. Interesting layout of some sites, makes it more private and spacious. Well maintained and organized. Close to everything, yet very quiet. Good WIFI. We camped at Camp Cadillac in a Fifth Wheel.

Jack Pine Lodge Campground, Manistique, Michigan

Date of Stay: August, 2015 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

This is a park with total peace and quiet. It is remindful of a small state park. Well groomed and left natural. Lots of four wheelers, but all were very respectful. Never noisy or riding fast in the park. WIFI is only at the lodge vicinity.
This is the wilderness and the following has nothing to do with the park: Not one broadcast TV station, no Verizon cell service and only 3 radio stations. We camped at Jack Pine Lodge Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Great park for visiting Sault Ste. Marie and the shores of Lake Superior. Nothing fancy but neat and clean. Level sites, good WIFI and cable. All the frills are right across the street, a nice casino. We camped at Bay Mills RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Wanee Lake Golf and RV Resort, Ashburn, Georgia

Date of Stay: May, 2014 - $16.00
Overall Rating:

Price reflects a Passport America discount. We have camped in many parks and rarely find a jewel like this. Off the beaten path, quiet and scenic. We are not golfers but if we were, this would be a good one. Excellent sites, great Wi-Fi and utilities and nice amenities. The good experience started with the friendly staff. Will stay here again and recommend it to others. Please keep it simple, some things should never change. We camped at Wanee Lake Golf and RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Happy Traveler RV Park, Thonotosassa, Florida

Date of Stay: April, 2014 - $18.00
Overall Rating:

Where do I start? This park is very convenient to attractions, shopping and outdoor venues. That's where it ends. The park is old, depressing looking, and spaces are very tight. A lot of permanents and seasonal people that have accumulated a lot of junk and mold. The RV storage area is neater looking than most of the park. They might as well throw away the rules, since they are not always abided by. On a daily basis three of the seasonal guests near us allowed their dogs to bark and run loose. One of the violators is a staff member. Lastly, the office Manager seems to be very organized but needs some "friendly" training. I have never graded a park this low and would never stay here again. We camped at Happy Traveler RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

The staff here was the most unfriendly staff we have experienced. Acted like they could care less. Campground was junky looking around the park buildings. Sometimes you get what you pay for. Would never stay here again. We camped at Triple J RV Park in a Motorhome.

This park was okay but a little pricey. WiFi was not that good. You must like trains as we do, they are frequent and noisy. Would not stay here again. We camped at Ami's Acres Campground in a Fifth Wheel.
