Shelby Country Inn & RV Park, Shelby, Iowa

Date of Stay: May, 2013 - $28.00
Overall Rating:

This park is ok if you just need a place to stop for the night. We stayed three nights, as we were visiting family in the area. The 50amp electric, water, and sewer worked fine. There were only a few picnic tables and we had to move one to our site. The sites are very narrow, but this was not a problem as there were very few campers in the park. The restrooms and showers were mostly clean. There is no playground equipment and nothing for kids to do. We camped at Shelby Country Inn & RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Sioux Falls KOA, Sioux Falls, South Dakota

Date of Stay: June, 2012 - $51.00

The only problem with this campground is that it is next to I-90 which is very, very noisy. Other than the noise from the interstate, it is a nice place to stay. We camped at Sioux Falls KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

My wife and I stayed at Beaver Lake Camp Ground for 12 nights and were very happy with this park. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The showers and restrooms are very clean and in good condition. The WiFi worked well most of the time. We look forward to staying here again. We camped at Beaver Lake Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Custer's Gulch RV Park, Custer, South Dakota

Date of Stay: June, 2011 - $27.00
Overall Rating:

Very nice quiet campground. It is well maintained and clean. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Large spaces with plenty of room between sites. The road through the campground is gravel with and the pads are level. Wi-Fi worked OK. The water pressure could be better but is adequate most of the time. We would stay here again. We camped at Custer's Gulch RV Park in a Travel Trailer.
