Portal RV Resort and Campground, Moab, Utah

Date of Stay: May, 2011 - $39.00
Overall Rating:

We are in a 40 foot Prevost and we were allowed to go into their big rig friendly area, but we decided to stay in the gravel site area to save a couple bucks. Both areas of this park were wonderful! There are nicely even sites, and clean bathrooms and showers. The staff was both friendly and helpful, and they are located close to town and Arches NP. We will be staying here again! We camped at Portal RV Resort and Campground in a Motorhome.

Slickrock Campground, Moab, Utah

Date of Stay: May, 2011 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

Staying at this park I felt very caged in. The staff was friendly but the sites were close together and a little stuffy. My sister came with me and stayed in a tent site which was a little gravel pit. There was no grass, and it was right next to a busy road of another campground. There are nicer, cheaper parks in Moab that are more accommodating to big rigs that we will be staying in. We camped at Slickrock Campground in a Motorhome.
