Stayed here for 5 days waiting for tire delivery. Everyone was very nice and the space I was in was very large with partial shade. I was very surprised by how good the food was and fast delivery to my motorhome. Not a lot to see or do in this small town but the Blue Hole was amazing. Thought about taking scuba lessons after watching all of the divers.

I was pleasantly surprised to find this park. Very clean and the staff was excellent. Perfect back in shady site (#1). I plan to come again whenever traveling on I-40. Verizon 4G good.

We stayed here for 4 days and loved it. The managers are wonderful; always had a good attitude. Sites are quite large, so you don't really need a pull through. We will stay here again next year.

The worst of the worst. Site too tight to get 26' fifthwheel in. Had reserved for 3 days and was not able to get refund. Low life, foul mouthed managers. The woman dropped F bomb in the office. The whole mess cost us $150. This was over 4th of July weekend and it was very difficult to find another place in the area. They were listed in Passport America book, but they are not participants.

The park was nice and very clean with the following exceptions. Water faucet at site 14 had a big, ugly, hairy spider living in it. It took a long time to flush the slimy nest out. The shower was my worst nightmare. The same awful spiders (many) crawled out of the drain while I was taking a shower. I didn't notice until they were all over walls and floor. I stepped on one with bare feet and I got out of there fast. Probably just the wrong time of year.

This is the worst of the worst. No reservations so I was put in overflow. Just a black top parking lot. No water, table, shade or anything. All this for $58. I left and got a refund. As a lifelong resident of California, I am ashamed of our park system. Having traveled through many states, I can tell you California Parks are at the bottom of the heap, and the most expensive.

Stayed here for 3 days and really enjoyed it. Large lovely sites that were very spread out. Quite rustic but perfect for my taste. Was able to get Verizon and DirecTV.

This is a great campground. Every single site is so large and nice it makes it difficult to choose. Excellent bathrooms with laundry facilities and lots of hot water and pressure in showers. It is somewhat empty now but I guess they get real busy between March and Labor Day so reservations are recommended. Nice to see that our Fed. taxes go for things that benefit us including our national parks.

Enjoyed staying here while waiting for better weather to continue my trip. Wonderful staff and walking distance to good restaurants. Very clean and well maintained. Stayed 4 days and will come back again.

This is the most expensive place I have ever stayed. Twice as much as I ever paid before for very poor amenities. Dirty showers, 20 amp electric, unlevel sites and unfriendly service. The only reason I stayed one night was due to bad weather and I had no choice.
