Scottyland Camping Resort, Rockwood, Pennsylvania

Date of Stay: June, 2011 - $28.00
Overall Rating:

This is the most awful campground I've ever been to. The golf carts are non-stop. The people were loud until 1:00 am. They blast their radios on the golf carts. None of the rules were enforced. This is really a trashy trailer court that does not care about the average weekend camper. No one was friendly. I would never recommend this to anyone. Unless you are partier and like to up all night long. We camped at Scottyland Camping Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Hersheypark Camping Resort (formerly Hershey Highmeadow Campground), Hummelstown, Pennsylvania

Date of Stay: May, 2010 - $55.00
Overall Rating:

This is a beautiful campground. But the trick is to get a campsite at the bottom by the stream. If you are on top, there are train tracks and the train does run. All in all, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The pools are nice. The people are nice and respectful to each other. We love this campground, and come here several times a year. We camped at Hersheypark Camping Resort (formerly Hershey Highmeadow Campground) in a Tent Trailer.
