This park is the best of both worlds: beach and woods. Bike riding is wonderful: lots of roads and trails. The beach is immaculate and private. There are no homes or condos within a mile on either side. The campground and bathrooms are clean and pleasant. We stayed here Memorial Day week of '10 and for 2 weeks this Memorial Day week ('11). I would highly suggest bringing a lock for your bike if you leave it at the rack at the beach. Some have been stolen and some have been taken by accident, I'm sure. Also, I would not leave your shoes on the walkway leading to the beach. My son's were stolen. HOWEVER, I do love this place and would highly recommend it. Please note that it's a .7 mile walk to the beach (private campground road, no cars) if you do not ride the tram or rent a bike.

Ok I know I'll probably get hatemail from Disney lovers but I did not enjoy my time at this campground. The sites (premium even!) were very tight and close together. We questioned whether we were in a premium site after we saw it. There was little greenery between us and our neighbor. The activities were accessible only with a tram at a long-waiting stop, bike, a very long walk, or your own car. We ended up driving to all of the parks. We've stayed at some of the resorts in years past and thought we'd save money by taking our RV. Now in addition to being a huge Disney lover, I am also a huge RV fan. However, I don't think I'd take a vacation in our RV at Disney again. The sites were clean, just super crowded and far away from everything, not easy to get around to the activities/events/parks. We paid for a "premium" site but I seriously doubt it was premium. We even left a day early: and YES I do love Disney.

We've stayed at this park 3 times since we purchased our first RV in October 09. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. The location is great: not too close to town but close enough. It is walking distance to a grocery store, if you're in ok shape. The bathrooms are immaculate. The office store is well stocked. The owner/employees are, as I said, very friendly and quite helpful. I've looked at other RV parks in the area to just "try" but I can't bring myself to leave a near-perfect place!

Beautiful park: very spacious and shaded. Staff is friendly and helpful. We've stayed here 4-5 times over the last year for my daughter's horse shows in Hamilton. The only thing I do find negative is that there is no sewer hookup. For a family of 4-5, depending on who's traveling with us, that can be a problem for a 4 day weekend. There are a few gray dump sites throughout the camp, just get a map at checkin which should show you where they are so you can possibly park by one of them. Super nice hiking trails.

Location is great: right on the beach. Sites are crammed together even in the winter months. We've stayed during the summer too, and it was more crowded. No park scenery, only RVs everywhere. If you don't park in a site near the beach, you have a walk through the campground before you get to the beach. Very well patrolled by the employees. Workers were quite helpful and nice. It's just so crowded and tight. If you flip your hamburger on your grill, you better catch it or it'll land on your neighbor's plate! Location of park is close to everything. Wonderful beach/city.
