Very nice setting along the lake, very friendly camp hosts, and sparkling restrooms/showers. They really take good care of this place, I will return.

This park has great potential. The person who checked it in was very friendly and helpful. But it's very dusty and barren. A little paving, some grass, and clean up the junky areas could make it go from satisfactory to great. Restrooms/showers were nicely maintained. Will probably stay again passing through.

This is an outstanding park. We only stayed overnight passing through, but the large pull-through sites with concrete pads, friendly staff, and sparkling showers restrooms made it worthwhile. We'll definitely stay again when in Amarillo--the best in town, it looks like.

This is not a bad park, but there is room for improvement. Most of the workers were very friendly and the pool and clubhouse looked very nice. This biggest drawback is that the site next to us (site F--we were in site F1) is too small for even a pop up, and the group of 6 in it were too close for comfort. Recommend use site F for a rock or flower garden. Also for $37 a night, I would expect at least a concrete pad. Shower/restrooms were clean, but getting decrepit and could use some remodel. Despite the opportunities for improvement, we will probably stay again.

This is a very nice park. Staff is friendly and helpful, and proximity to the beaches and sleeping to the sound of the ocean surf at night is great! The only reasons I gave it an 8 is because of the flooding when it rains, the whole interior of loop E becomes a "lake". Also, the shower/restrooms at loop E are new and clean, but there is sand all around the shower facility and it tracks all over the inside of the shower rooms. Even though the staff does a great job trying to keep it clean, there is a design problem with sand tracking in all over the inside. I would stay here again. We enjoyed our stay. Note: rate reflects Senior Golden National Park Pass rates.

Love this spot, walking distance to the ocean and town, yet very secluded with nature trails. Plenty of shade and privacy between sites. We'll return!

This is the best KOA I have stayed at so far. Plenty of shade and privacy with a nice view of the mountains from our site. Exceptionally helpful and friendly staff. I will return!

Nice campground for the price, close drive to Lake Tahoe or Virginia City. Sites a little close and not much shade, but good for overnight, and convenient.

This is an o.k. park for one night, but wouldn't want to stay any longer, it's truly in the middle of nowhere. Looked much better than the RV Park on the other end of town.

Beautiful and well maintained state park. You must buy tokens from the camp host to use the showers, and the restrooms are a little run down, but clean. The beauty of the park, nice shaded level paved sites with grass, nature trails, etc. make this park a real gem. I would stay here even longer next time.

Great value for the money. Most full hook ups in the area are over $50 a night. Rustic and vault (outhouse) toilets only, but they keep them clean. I would definitely stay here again. Convenient to Yellowstone and Grand Teton Parks. Camp hosts were very nice and friendly.

Great little spot, just a few more shade trees would make it perfect. Friendly people, clean showers, and nice grassy level sites. Would certainly stay again.

Very nice little spot. A few more shade trees would have helped. I would certainly stay again. Beautiful nature trails, friendly people, and clean showers. Stayed in the upper loop and had a magnificent view of the valley. Only real drawback is Interstate noise.

This is a great little park, neat, clean grassy sites and superb showers, and friendly owner. In my opinion this is the best RV park in the whole state of Idaho. I would definitely stay here again. Keep up the great job!!

This park is OK for a one night stay, the staff is friendly and the restrooms are clean. The park is dusty with very little grass and not much gravel on the sites. The overall appearance could use some TLC.
