A nice looking, clean, well maintained park. No OTA tv, cable is provided with limited channels and several of those were such poor quality we were unable to watch. There are many trees so not all sites could use satillite tv. Sewer connection was about 8" above the ground which made draining less than desireable. My screw on fitting could actually be screwed on about four turns without problem, making a secure connection. We have three GPS units and all three wanted to route us through local neighborhoods to get here. Stay on Parkway until you get to Pine Mountain Road. The office said this is a common problem. Wifi was very good. The pull through site was long enough for the mh and tow dolly but not with the car attached. We would stay here again.

A very nice park. The wifi had a strong signal but we were never able to use it because it was too slow. Verizon worked well. Lots of shade trees which are nice but could not see the satellites for tv. About 45 cable channels but about half too fuzzy to watch. We would stay here again if in the area.

Date of Stay:

Mostly permanent residents. Very close quarters. Two spaces had to go across our patio area for them to get out. Hard to manouver the motorhome. The location was convenient to Nashville and stores.

This is one of the nicest parks we have stayed in. Lots of grass, spacious lots, very clean and neat throughout the facility. Easy access to Memphis and shopping nearby. The only negative to this park is that it is located under the take-off flight pattern of the Memphis airport and there are lots of planes taking off all night long. The park is about 6-8 miles south of the airport so the planes are high but still under full power. I believe these are mostly the Fed Ex planes taking off, as during the day there seem to be only a few flights. This would be a good park for kids as they have activities for kids and a nice playground. We would not hesitate to stay here again but would probably look for one of the other lower priced parks if they had space available.

Lots of trees which are nice but no satellite tv. Their cable tv requires a box be installed near your tv. About half the channels do not come in. Right on rivers edge for a beautiful setting. Peaceful and quiet. Wifi works well. Good Verizon coverage.

Basic park but ok for overnight. Convenient to freeway. Pull through sites too short, but nobody un-hooks. Toad hangs out in road behind. Cable tv is basic local and national channels and some channels are too snowy to watch. We would stay here again if needing to stop in area, but might try to plan to stop in different area.

Good overnight stop. For $5 ea they serve BBQ sandwiches you take back to your rv. Later they serve outside on the patio. They have different levels of hookups, so if you only want electric you pay a lower rate. Seems like a good idea to me.

We stay here for events on the lake. We stay in the temporary sites which are dusty when dry and muddy when it rains. The temporary sites are small but there are lots of places to park nearby.

We use this park as an overnight stop and as such it is overpriced. But the nice restaurant on site after a long day's drive makes it worth it. If we are not going to eat at the restaurant we go to other nice parks in the area. They tell you to make sure to lock up anything that can be stolen, bikes, motorcycles, etc., so they appear to be trying to address the area. They offer alarmed security chains and offer space in their garage for your items.

Pretty park in the woods. Mostly large sites. The only negative is the electrical is old and they ask you not to run your air conditioner or electrical. I measured the voltage and had a high of 104 volts and a low of 88 volts in the afternoon when some campers were running their ac units.

Date of Stay:

Road noise was hardly noticeable. Lots of trees which may interfere with satellite tv, but the cable worked well with many channels. Manager very friendly and helpful. We stayed here earlier this summer for two nights and are now here for three nights.

This is an older park with some permanent RVs and some storage. The sites are close together. Easy access to Eugene. Distant road noise. Wifi did not work during our stay but we were told a new system was being installed and should be up and running in a few days.

New owners in 2012 have been spending money to improve the facilities. The rec room and clubhouse are freshly painted and carpeted. The equipment and furniture all look to be new. The laundry has 3 washers & dryers that look fairly recent, $1 per load each. The grounds are well manicured and clean. The appearance of the park is very nice. 35 spaces now but they are adding 30 more. The park is very quiet and away from highway 101 noise. There are a small number of long term sites that are clean and neat.

Very well maintained park. Not a lot of extra amenities but everything one needs for a few days. The management and staff are very friendly and helpful and go out of their way to make your visit enjoyable. There are several long term renters but they are friendly and keep up their spaces. Wi-fi works very well, but may be a bit slow during busy times. We have stayed here before and will again in the future.
