Rancheros de Santa Fe Campground, Santa Fe, New Mexico

Date of Stay: September, 2014 - $42.00
Overall Rating:

A little tight and hilly but still doable if other campers do not park in the roadways. Gravel sites and roads. Not much room for slideouts in the pull-through we were in. Not sure we would stay here again, might try another place. We camped at Rancheros de Santa Fe Campground in a Motorhome.

Sioux Falls KOA, Sioux Falls, South Dakota

Date of Stay: August, 2014 - $52.00
Overall Rating:

Typical KOA. Clean, good utilities, escort to site, limited TV, limited Wi-Fi, and overpriced. Very noisy park. Right on the freeway and an exit used by trucks with engine brakes. Airport is also nearby. Nice dog run, however it is located in a drainage area and was very muddy and could not be used. No patio, sparse gravel, muddy. Would stay not here again. We camped at Sioux Falls KOA in a Motorhome.

Breeze Camping and RV Resort, Park Rapids, Minnesota

Date of Stay: August, 2014 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

About 10 miles north of Park Rapids. Nice road to park, easy entrance. Water, sewer and electric worked fine. Parked on grass right at entrance across from storage. Mostly seasonal campers and it appears they only have 2 spaces for transient RVs. Gravel/Dirt interior roads. Fire pit and picnic table. Nice swimming pool. We would stay here again, good value. We camped at Breeze Camping and RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Holiday Park Campground, Traverse City, Michigan

Date of Stay: August, 2014 - $39.00
Overall Rating:

Easy entrance, great interior roads. Easy, friendly check-in. Nice park, lots of trees and grass except on the plateau, which is the spaces above 200. These spaces have small new trees and mowed weeds and are the newest spaces. Utilities worked great, including the Wi-Fi. We would stay here again but I would request a space other that 200+. We camped at Holiday Park Campground in a Motorhome.

Stoney Creek RV Resort, Osseo, Wisconsin

Date of Stay: August, 2014 - $52.00
Overall Rating:

Easy check in. Nice interior roads, patio, trees and grass. Nicely maintained, utilities work as they should. Had problems with wifi, checked at the office and the teen at the counter said they would reset it ?? Several hours later still could not get the internet, went back to office and found another renter asking about it. “Sorry lots of problems with wifi.” Basically live with it. McDonalds down the street worked find. Lots of activities here. Stay away unless the kids need lots to do. Pillow Jump, Train Ride, Hay ride, Mini Golf, Laser Tag, Hula Hoop Contest, Scavenger Hunt, Volleyball, Horseshoe Tournament, Bingo, and Gagaball. We have never paid more and got less. We would not stay here again, not our kind of park, overpriced. We camped at Stoney Creek RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Truly a resort. Lots of grass. Concrete pads with nice patio. Lots for kids to do. Check in was very friendly. Rate reflects week stay with Good Sam discount. Nice dog run. Very good WiFi and utilities. Lots of seasonals but well maintained. Front entrance parking lot is a storage lot !! Such a nice place why would they make the entrance a storage lot with trailers and boats, even a tractor trailer rig. We would stay here again, some interstate noise. We camped at Hidden Ridge RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Clay's Park Resort, Canal Fulton, Ohio

Date of Stay: July, 2014 - $55.00
Overall Rating:

This is a place for children, lots for them to do and they can join the other 500 that are there every weekend in their golf carts. Mostly full time sites, some with lots of junk around. Sites are gravel and mostly level, our parking spot was level but the rest was not. Roads are in terrible condition, potholes, huge speed bumps with gaps so the speeding golf carts can go thru. Staff very friendly. This is not the place for an overnight or a peaceful stop. We would not stay here again. We camped at Clay's Park Resort in a Motorhome.
