Trail Break RV Park, Glenns Ferry, Idaho

Date of Stay: June, 2011 - $22.00
Overall Rating:

Had an excellent 6 night stay at this lovely RV park. The current owners have made tremendous improvements since their purchase. There is plenty of shade, a large grassy area available for recreational purposes or special events. This is the place to stay in Glenns Ferry. Owners are hospitable, restrooms and showers immaculate, grounds impeccable, lush and green. I much prefer the intimacy of this RV Park over the other 3 in the area. Close to town & friendly! Easy freeway access on and off. We camped at Trail Break RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Riverside State Park, Nine Mile Falls, Washington

Date of Stay: May, 2011 - $34.00
Overall Rating:

I have camped in this park on three different occasions. The rangers and camp hosts are most friendly; the location, though, is a bit tough to find the first time. It is ideally located for all the different river activities. I especially enjoyed the osprey nests across the river and watching the parents "fish" the river for their offspring. There are group sites at the end of the bowl & pitcher with vault toilets and water is available. I love this park! I stayed 6 days! We camped at Riverside State Park in a Travel Trailer.
