We got to this park late one night on our trip to Gatlinburg. I was a little nervous about the park not knowing anything about it. When we pulled up, The whole Noccolucca Park (not campground) was decorated in Christmas Lights! It was beautiful! The campground is right on a huge waterfall. The park is wooded but very clean. They even have security guards so we felt very safe. It has a nice playground and pool and the laundry area was really clean. I am going to plan a trip here soon one day to spend more time.

The sites are large and spacious but the roads are a little narrow. When we had to back in our 36 foot fifth wheel it took about 30 minutes. Not a lot of room to park tow vehicles which also contributed to us not getting into our site well. Other than that it was a nice organized clean KOA. Our sites was very large and all the sites are shady. Thank goodness because at 107 degrees of heat out side it helped keep the camper cool. We will stay here again but we have learned to go ask the neighbors to move their vehicles so we can get in easier. The playground, pool, and game room are very nice. They also have a little cafe thats open only on weekends that serve breakfast. That was very good.

Its a nice little park, the people are very nice and the place is very clean. The sites are all very shady and the sites are not really close together. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay again.

This is a very clean park. There is no shade but we had plenty with our awning out. There is a nice little playground for the kids, a pool, and a hot tub. The sites aren't on top of each other so this was nice too. We will stay here again.

This is a huge park with lots of shade. If you make reservations you will be in the area where there are no trees or shade. If you don't make reservations you get to pick and choose your spot upon arrival. Its very clean and the sites are spaced enough you are not right next to the camper next to you. They could improve their playground equipment. All they have is a swing set. I will stay here again.

If you don't like a conjested area, don't camp here. The sites are right on top of each other. The park could really use some grooming. I will not camp here again.

We really enjoyed this park. We stayed here April 2006. It is on the beach (bay) with its own pier, sand beach, and a swing. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. The only thing I wish they would change is the playground equipment. It is really outdated.

This park is picture perfect. The road is made of designer bricks, the sites are perfectly landscaped with tropical plants and the pool is sparling clear. It is lovely. It also has its own private beach access that you can go to across the street. This is a really nice place.

This is really a nice park. They have a really nice playground for kids and lots of piers to fish from. They are opening a lot more sites and they are really nice and can't wait until they are complete. It also has a boat ramp and pavilion. We felt very safe and secure here and the grounds were kept very clean.
