Date of Stay:

Adequate campsite; unfortunately, North Dakota has a housing issue and workers come and go all hours of the day and night. Don't plan on sleeping through the night due to 2-4 trains blasting their horns every night. However, the people at the park were very nice, and the lilacs smelled wonderful. The playground was excellent and my kids enjoyed themselves.

Date of Stay:

Beaver Lake Campground was one of the cleanest campgrounds we have ever visited; zero garbage lying around and immaculate office, store, and playground. The restrooms, showers, pool, and slide were well maintained throughout the day. Our 2 boys, ages 6 and 7, were kept busy in the playground, pool, and water slide. The staff was courteous and timely. The bunnies were happily bouncing around the sites and brought smiles to all of us as we fed them apples daily. Beaver Lake Campground is close to everything in the Black Hills and great to come "home" to. Very highly recommended!
