OK place if you need to stop in this area. Wi-Fi was strong. The sites are pretty short but most are wide enough. The sites all look to have a slope that is visible to the naked eye. Ours was impossible to get level. No grass at any of the sites and what grass is there you can't walk your dogs on.

Date of Stay:

Yes, the sites are gravel but this is the what I expected in this area. Wi-Fi worked OK from our site. Great place to go to Mesa Verde National Park. Only real issue was the road noise, at times was a little loud. If we ever get back to this area would stay here again.

Not sure why previous high marks. Yes, clean but not what we expected. Located in an industrial area, brick wall around it, crushed lava rock, impossible to level trailer. Just not what we think of as a above average park. Flagstaff is such a pretty area, there has to be something better. Would not stay here again.

We were in a long, wide, 50 amp pull through. Large trees on both sides for shade, nice grass area. This is a very nice park, friendly owner took us to our site. The only issue is the highway noise. Granted the park can do nothing about it but it can get on your nerves a little. I would stay here again.

First, this is an awesome place to camp. Being right in Yellowstone is wonderful. I go there several times a year but this was the first time actually camping in the park. Our site was a short walk to Yellowstone Lake, large pine tree shade area. Spent a week, very quiet and peaceful. Now the bad part. Sites are very tight and trees need to be trimmed, they scratch your rig trying to make the turns. Works OK if you are in a tent or small RV but if your rig is more that 30 feet long its tight. The problem is the sites were all designed when RV's were pretty small. They gave us a pull-through gorgeous site, but there was no way to PULL through. They are laid out in kind of a half circle. Pulled in OK but had to back out when leaving; just no way to make the turns with all the trees. Great location, just be careful.

Nice campground in Teton National Park. Some sites have no trees while others have nice cottonwoods. All back in sites. Staff was nice but couldn't answer questions about individual sites. Told us to just drive through and look. Be careful, some turns are pretty tight and trees are close to road. Hit one tree in loop C, ouch!

Price to high for what you get. Sites very close, not much grass. Way too many four wheelers. Very crowded, very noisy place. Kids love it but not great if you want peace and quiet. Charge extra for just about everything.

Staff was very friendly, even moved us to a 50 amp slot at check in. Awesome views, great location for Capitol Reef and surrounding area. Clean showers and restrooms. No issues, would stay here again if headed to that area.
