Whistler Gulch RV Park & Campground, Deadwood, South Dakota

Date of Stay: June, 2011 - $39.00
Overall Rating:

Beautiful campground set in a gulch. Nice long gravel pull-thru sites. Staff very friendly and helpful. The town trolly stops at the campground office and will take you to downtown Deadwood for $1 per person -- very nice feature if you do not want to unhook and parking in downtown Deadwood is extremely limited. Would stay here again. We camped at Whistler Gulch RV Park & Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Grandview Campground & RV Park, Hardin, Montana

Date of Stay: June, 2011 - $39.00
Overall Rating:

Long gravel back-in sites in a prairie setting (little or no shade). Nothing fancy but very functional and great proximity to the National Park. I have to make a comment on a previous post about the Wi-Fi connection - you are CAMPING. If Wi-Fi is so important get an air card. I would definitely not mark down a campground on that basis. Staff is very friendly. Unfortunately we arrived late so could not partake in the ice cream social. Would stay here again. We camped at Grandview Campground & RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Jim & Mary's RV Park, Missoula, Montana

Date of Stay: June, 2011 - $38.00
Overall Rating:

This is a great park and would have received a "10" if not for the freeway noise. Nice shaded long back-in sites with fantastic landscaping. A pleasure to walk around the park and see all the neat old farm implements amongst the colorful flowers. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely return. We camped at Jim & Mary's RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Nice long paved pull-thru sites with nice landscaping. Campground is around a lake and is very nice to walk around. Great proximity to Lynnwood, WA where we went to a convention. Campground is quiet even though it is right off the road. Office Staff is very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. We camped at Lake Pleasant RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Seven Feathers RV Park, Canyonville, Oregon

Date of Stay: June, 2011 - $34.00
Overall Rating:

We were very impressed with this campground. The campground is set back off the freeway so it was quiet and the grounds were beautifully landscaped. One nice perk was the free shuttle that came to your site. We would definitely return. We camped at Seven Feathers RV Park in a Motorhome.
