The park is clean. The staff is nice. That is all we can say that is positive. Wi-Fi worked poorly for a while and then quit altogether. We did not have cable because the cable between sites was broken. Water pressure was very low. The road noise was absolutely unbearable. This park needs a fence in front to provide a sound barrier. This was a terrible stop for us. We hope and pray we will never have to stay here again. Unfortunately it is the best of the three parks at this exit.

Check in was easy. The site we had this time was a back in, was more level than when we stayed here last time. Leveling is a real issue in this park. They really need to address it. Wi-Fi worked fine. Both of our stops here were because we needed a place to stay - not because this is our favorite park. It is easy to get to the Grand Canyon from here. Unsure if we would stay again.

This is our second stay in this park and probably not our last. It is the best in the area. It's convenient to any place you want to go. The office staff is wonderful. The pool was under repair which did not really bother us. The Wi-Fi was sporadic but when it worked it worked very well. It was weaker in the morning. We managed to get by. We especially appreciated that we could buy ice for 25 cents. Nice and convenient. We came for two weeks and stayed two months. Obviously we like it here very much.

Check in was hectic. We did not care for the location or position of our lot, but we stayed there anyway. Wi-Fi does not work at all. Hookups were at the very back of our coach which makes it more difficult to get connected. Barking dogs, more in the daytime than nighttime, is a real problem in this park. This park does have a nice library where you can swap books. Other than that we were very disappointed and we will not stay here again.

Check in is quick. Park is clean. Sites are level but the streets are narrow. Backing in was a challenge. Hook ups are at the very back of the site, so additional hoses may be needed. WiFi worked well. Laundry room could use a little cleaning. The bright spot at this park was the fact they have a covered carport type facility, where you can wash your car on your own with a 30 minute limit. They furnish the water. That seems extremely generous in the arid desert. Because we had such problems maneuvering in this park, we are not sure we will stay here again.

Check in was quick and easy. Site was level. Wi-Fi was sporadic at best. The airplanes beginning at 8:00 AM nearly drove us nuts. They vibrated our speakers loose! They were military jets, not commercial. For a 55+ park, people keep very late hours and are noisy when they return home. One particular car had speakers that must have been gigantic. The music was not 55+ type of music and it was very loud. We found within about 24 hours that the rules for dogs only apply to the short term or overnight visitors. The full time or permanent people are allowed to let their dogs roam free, deposit their gifts everywhere, and bark all night long. One night we heard gun shots that woke us out of deep sleep. No more sleep that night. We counted 14 shots. Other people staying here heard it and just like us, no one knew what to do. There is no security inside the park at night. The laundry room is in bad need of updating. The machines are way too small and people overload them so something is always in need of repair. After reading previous reviews, we felt we would be staying in a nice place. What a disappointment. This is definitely not a resort. It is a trailer park with a RV sites. We will not stay here again.

Check in was quick and easy. The couple was very nice. Our site was a bit different than the ones around us. Our sewer connection was at the front of our coach. Fortunately we carry extra hose. It is Arizona law that the sewer hose cannot touch the ground. Be prepared for that. This park would benefit greatly by adding 2 or 3 more trash dumpsters. The ones that are there were completely filled every single day and some days it overflowed onto the ground. People do not follow the rules regarding dogs. We don't have a dog and we were able to get to the dumpster before it filled up, so we got by for the time that we were there. No working Wi-Fi available. We would definitely stay here again but will ask for a different site; one more suitable to us.

Check in was quiet and easy. Camp worker on duty was very nice and friendly. Sites are gravel but still level. It was very dusty partially because of the dirt interior roads and partially because of the drought. Miller Creek is attractive and peaceful. This is a good location to visit a number of cities nearby plus all of the wineries between Johnson City and Fredericksburg. No cable but can still receive a few local channels. Will stay here again if we are in this area. One oddity we noticed was that a number of women walk in the very early hours of the morning, while still dark, and they talk and laugh very loudly. We have not encountered this before.

This is our second stay in this park. We will stay here again if we are in this area. Check in was quick and easy. Camp worker was very nice and helpful. Roads are gravel and due to lack of rain this park is very dusty. Wi-Fi is sporadic and weak. It is close to the village of Mesilla which we enjoy because they have a couple of great restaurants there we enjoy.

This is an acceptable overnight stop but we would never stay longer unless it was an emergency. The road into the park and all interior roads are dirt. The dust is unbelievable. Check in was simple and quick. No Wi-Fi. No cable.

Check in easy. Office worker was friendly and escorted us to our site. We were at the back of the park which we thought would be quieter with all of the interstate construction. Wrong. The trains run across the back of the park. The construction does make it difficult to get to the park at this time. It will get better in the future. Interior roads are rutted and rugged due to recent rains. Wi-Fi was completely inoperable though we were told we would have great service. We do not have plans to stay here again at this time.

This is a great park in the wintertime, but would not want to be here in the summer, as it is probably crawling with kids running to the river. Check-in was quick and easy. Our site is at it's limit for a larger coach. Our power cord and cable are stretched to their limits. There are very few sites available for short stays. Almost all sites are permanent residents, which does change the overall atmosphere of the park. WiFi is rather poor. Water pressure is so low in the mornings it is almost non-existent. It gets stronger throughout the day. The laundry is small but will suffice in a pinch. Most nights the park is quiet and dark. We would probably stay here again if we are in this area.

This is a hard park to rate for us since we were here during a time of horrible storms. There is no tornado siren anywhere and no tornado shelter. Most parks in tornado prone areas have something available for guests. Not here. The lady in the office was not happy and it showed in her interaction with people. The park is clean and the sites are wide enough to be comfortable. We think the price is too high for what you get. If you do not eat the breakfast, then it is expensive to stay here. No discounts for a week's stay. That's a first for us. We will stay here again if we happen to be in this area. But we will only stay for one night.

This is our second stay at Poche's and we hope it will not be our last. We love it here. It is not fancy at all. But it is very quiet except on weekends when locals come here to fish and party. It's cheap entertainment for them, and fun entertainment for us to watch them. We found a spot we really enjoy. The sunsets are great. Nearby restaurants, including Poche's, provide incredibly delicious food. The only thing that bothered us, is that people can drive into the camp and drive around looking at RVs, then leave without telling anybody they are here. The people in the office are terrific to work with. WiFi was good. We recommend this as a great getaway off the beaten path.

This was our second stay at this park. This is a great place to stay. Check in was efficient and quick. Nice people in the office. Sites are wide. Everything worked great. Quiet at night. Security is top notch. The casino is fun and has a decent buffet. Shuttle service is always available. We hope we can continue to return to this park many times in the future. Rate is based on points earned in the casino on a previous stay.
