Very large park with over 400 sites. Pull through site was level concrete pad with picnic table and patio. Water and power were strong and steady. TV is satellite, thus, you lose it when there is a storm (and this is Florida where it storms a lot). Laundry had great machines and good value. $1.75 to wash and $1.00 to dry with dryers large enough to actually dry a load in one time. Streets are named on the map but not in the park...you have to go by site numbers to find your way around. Very spread out so have your walking shoes handy. Very large dog park so you could run some steam off your pup(s) after traveling all day. Depending on your site you and the dog may be exhausted by the time to walk to the dog park. Quite a way (15 miles) from I-75, but very worth the drive for a couple of nights or more. If you just need to sleep, it probably isn't for you.

Large park with good spacing between sites. Everything was smooth and hospitable from reservation to check in to site set up. Nice area to walk dogs and a fenced dog park to let them off leash. Very nice place for an overnight or a few nights.

Very nice park. FHU with CATV and Wifi. Level gravel sites with picnic table. Nice fenced dog park to let your furry friend run some. Quiet nights in the mountains.

FHU with Wi-Fi and CATV. We had a nice creek back-in site which meant the tow had to park crosswise. Not a problem for us, but some large trucks stuck out into the street. Paved roads. Gravel sites. Clean laundry with $2 per load to wash and $1 to dry. Dumpsters in three different locations. Dog walk area and a fenced dog park. Only reason didn't give it 10 is that the dog park area is dirt and pine roots which are pitchy. Large enough for a great romp, but our dogs got filthy racing and playing. Some sod added would be a huge asset and would get a full 10 from us. Otherwise it is a very nice campground and we would return.

Very nice site at the end which allowed for easy walking of our dogs. Peaceful and serene adult park with lovely pond, catch and release fishing, and frogs calling during the night. Clean laundry with decent prices. No trash pick up but barrels were never overly full at the trash area. Very nice staff. I understand it is changing hands and may have some cabins added. Not sure if this is a good thing or not. We have stayed here in the past and will have to see about staying with new owners.

Typical state park...beautiful campground in the quiet of the park. Some sites have water, 50 AMP, and sewer. A little tight for our 40' motorhome to back into a spot...very busy with cars parked in or near the street. Quiet for the most part...some children playing type noise which is to be expected in a state park.

Nicest manager...easy check in, answered all the questions we had, led us to the site. Very nice pull through site with plenty of room for slides and awning as well as the tow car. Good power and water pressure along with CATV. Didn't use Wi-Fi. Great dog park...named after owners dog. It was large enough to run our Golden Retrievers with lots of grass and very clean. Looked like everyone picked up after their pet which was wonderful - and sometimes unusual. We would return again when in the area. Very pleased with this campground.

Good stop for an overnight. No frills, but basic and quiet. Level sites and easy in and out.

As has been stated, this is not a destination campground but a very adequate location for a few nights. Sites are gravel and not very level, but doable. Not all sites have 50 amp. Utilities are uphill a bit on many of the sites. Great dog park - it was clean and secure at our visit. There are sites down below that looked a bit newer, wider, and more level. People were very friendly - even the residents. Easy to get to Charlotte,NC. Very nice new Publix Supermarket within a few miles. We would stay again when visiting Charlotte, as it is right on the line.

Nice campground right on Tybee Island. Lots to see right on the island and Savannah is close by. Parking fees everywhere on the island and in Savannah. Sites are a bit close on crushed stone. From what we could see about 50% are not very level...ours wasn't. Laundry was clean and all machines seemed to be in working order. $2.75 for wash and $2.00 to dry, so I only did one load to get us by. Campfires permitted - buy wood from them to prevent diseases or bugs. We would camp here again.

This was an easy in and out for an overnight. We had a pull through which was plenty long and fairly level. The café on site is a plus as we could get something to eat without unhooking the tow. Nothing fancy however we had the pulled pork special and it was very good. Discounts for Good Sam...probably others too. There are sites near 295 that might have road noise. We were near entrance and it was quiet. We would stay again.

This is a very nice park with helpful and friendly managers. They are doing a lot of work to improve and expand the facility. Pool, laundry, club house with kitchen, bathhouse - all clean. Fenced dog run. Large enough sites so you aren't on top of your neighbor. Sites are paved with concrete slab and patio and large enough for our 40' coach and the tow car. Not too many in shade. Limited cable - 12 channels, but the basics are all there. Mostly back in sites. I didn't see a pull-through, however I didn't look. Not far from town where there are interesting shops, restaurants, and lots of history. We enjoyed our stay and will be back again.

Very nice park and close to I-10. Large sites mostly without shade. Many pull through as well as some back in. Good FHU including Cable and Wi-Fi with a strong signal. Dog park has two areas for different size dogs to play in and is well shaded. Most guests pick up after their pets. People very friendly and owner/managers very nice and accommodating. Laundry was clean and $1.50 each machine. Not busy at the time I was using it. Easy trip to the NAS Museum and lighthouse. Lots of good restaurants as well as the chains. Grocery stores and Wal-Mart within 5 miles or so. We would stay again. Price is Good Sam discount.

Very nice state park with easy access road for big rig (40'). Gravel in the actual site area. Fairly good drainage - it was pouring when we arrived. Saw some poison ivy around that I was surprised wasn't taken care of, but nice walking trails, pet friendly, and very quiet at night. Some early fishermen leaving and launching boats. Canoe rentals available. Price reflects senior discount. Not too far from and easy on and off I-10. We would come back for another stay if in the area.

Very nice, laid back park. Good water pressure, 50 amp electric didn't fluctuate (and it was warm so lots of A/C running in the park and Wi-Fi was strong. Sites were a bit tight, but not really bad. Very friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant right on property for breakfast and lunch. Didn't check out the laundry. Lots of dogs with no special walking area. People were friendly and, for the most part, picked up after their dogs. Close to town with restaurants and shops. Relaxed time. We would come back.
