Newer, cleaner park. Very well maintained, with plush grass throughout the park. Pretty pond surrounded by leaves changing for Fall. Good laundry (3 washer and 2 dryers; whose idea was that?). Nice, clean restrooms and shower rooms. Nice big meeting room. Friendly host that lives onsite. RV dealer and parts place onsite. Very close to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Price represents monthly rate. Ice machine onsite with complimentary ice- NICE!!

I stayed at this very pretty park for a month while working in the area. Great fishing for large mouth black bass and crappie. Fish cleaning station onsite. Very well maintained park. Trash can at every site. No laundry, no cable, no Wi-Fi; but I knew all of this going in. Mostly long termers. Very difficult to find from the highway because the GPS address was off. I had to call the park and the host came to meet me where I was lost and escorted me right in. Very quiet and peaceful. POOR Satellite reception due to the very heavy tree cover. BBQ pit and fire ring at every site.

We liked this park. Easy to find from the highway. Very close to restaurants, grocery, etc. We went to the beach at the park one day (on the bay) and drove to the public beach 2 miles away (on the gulf). Clean, level, paved pull-through spots. Shower house was clean and modern. We would stay here again. Pool was small, but clean and looked new. The pool was not very crowded. Did not use the Wi-Fi or cable TV.

We stayed here with another travel trailer and we were able to get reservations for neighboring spots. I have been going to Percy Quinn my whole life, but this was the first time since we bought the camper. Lots of things to do in PQ, but my favorite is admire the scenery. Older park, VERY DARK at night. If I didn't have help backing in, I would not have been able to do it: it's that dark. Nice, peaceful, quiet, family and pet friendly. Great place to bring the bikes. We will stay here again.

Stayed here for a football game. This is the only place visiting RV's can stay. This place was hundreds of acres of gravel parking lots among rolling hills. Not very pretty. Not your typical RV park - in fact, it's a horse park with RV hook ups. I would stay here again, but only because there are no other options. Too far to walk to the stadium, but they do offer a shuttle that we didn't use.

When you are staying at the beach, it's all about location. There are plenty of RV parks in Gulf Shores and Foley, but this one is walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants, etc. It is right in the middle of everything, yet VERY quiet at night. The pool and pool area was nice and clean. The shower house was clean. Nice, level paved spots (back in only). Ice available onsite. Nice walking path to walk the dog or kids. There were all kinds of campers here: pop ups to Provosts. We will definitely stay here again.

Big park with a lot of people. Golf carts run amok. There are 333 RV spots, and there were probably 290 golf carts. If you are not a fan of golf carts, stay away. No shade whatsoever. VERY cool zero entry pool; great for the kids. Very cool swim up bar; didn't get to enjoy it since this was a family trip. Close to the interstate and surrounded by good restaurants. 18 hole mini golf course - didn't get to enjoy. Very nice, unique covered RV parking area. Definitely recommend if you can get one. Nice, level, paved spots. All roads in the park are paved. Check-in reminded me of the last time I was in Las Vegas and was trying to check in on Friday evening; very crowded and busy. Overall, huge park with a very cool pool area. Kids swimming area was under construction when we visited, so we may revisit this park later in the summer since it was so close to home.

We stayed at Wales West when Thomas the Train was in town. Very nice miniature railroad throughout the park. Great for the kids. Quaint little park way off of the interstate. No stores or restaurants within 15 miles. Spots were fairly level and mostly sand and gravel. We checked in late and our paperwork and site map were taped on the door of the office. Nice playground for the kids. Nice train rides. Cable TV only had 4 or 5 channels. When I asked my wife what I should write about Wales West she said: "GNATS! TONS OF GNATS." She's right, there were tons of gnats. Hopefully this is only a seasonal thing. Also, they assigned us one spot and gave us another when we got here. Not that big of a deal. We only stayed here because Thomas the train was in town, so we would probably not stay here again since we've been once already, but we would recommend visiting.
