Hi-Tide Beach & Campground, Leland, Illinois

Date of Stay: August, 2012 - $43.00
Overall Rating:

This is our second trip to this campground and things have changed. There are extra charges now to use your air conditioner, and even an extra charge to use the swimming pool. The lake looks nice in the picture, however it is literally green with algea. Most of the inflatable equipment/toys in the lake has broken or missing handles. For the daily price and extra fees, this cannot be justified. We camped at Hi-Tide Beach & Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Campfire Lodgings, Asheville, North Carolina

Date of Stay: July, 2012 - $60.00
Overall Rating:

Excellent view from the premium site #4. Good cable TV, and Wi-Fi. Mountain road is twisty leading up to the campground, but no more so than all the surrounding roads. The premium sites are a must unless you don't want to have that awesome view. Campground is very quiet and peaceful, laundry is clean but bring quarters. We camped at Campfire Lodgings in a Fifth Wheel.

Stone Mountain Park Campground, Stone Mountain, Georgia

Date of Stay: July, 2012 - $55.00
Overall Rating:

Very nice campground, well maintained, level site #339 (red loop). Very hard to back our 37 foot rig into, since there was a turn in front of it, and large rocks to the sides. We camped at Stone Mountain Park Campground in a Fifth Wheel.
