This park is part of a national chain that I am a member of and live in the 1000 Trails parks full time. Members use this park for "out week(s)" from the better near by 1000 Trails park in Paicines, because we are limited to 2 or 3 weeks at a time, so we must use this one as an alternate. The maintenance is very poor, many of the listed sites are not usable, the power goes off on a regular basis and the water supply is not dependable either. The member use rules like 5mph speed limit, noise from nearby sites and "quiet hours" rules are NOT enforced. It is a poor park. If park maintenance and customer (member) service was top of the mind and a part of the management goal here, huge improvements could easily be made!

If you like nature and lots of critters, this is the place, quiet and two pools, a spa and a very helpful and friendly staff. The Manager is into improving maintenance and the park is located in a very historical, quiet area with Bobcats, Deer, Coyotes, tons of Quail and lots of other birds. It is the nicest 1000 Trails central CA location! Not only do they have a fully functional store but the food at the main lodge is excellent and fun!

Wow, what a fantastic spot! The upper coastal view sites are just beautiful! Deer in the camp site eating the berries, the ocean below and beach access this park can not be beat! The staff is very friendly and helpful. As a member of 1000 Trails (living full time in these parks for 2yrs+) I must say this is my all time favorite!
