Our first time at this park. Even though it is next to the freeway, the noise wasn't bad. We were very pleased with the park. Very clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. We will use this park for our "Week Out".

Date of Stay:

This is a very layed back park with a very friendly staff. The park is well maintained. The rate is $25 for the first night and $20 for subsequent nights. We will definitely stay at this park again.

We have stayed at this park many times in the past few years. We used Coast to Coast this time, thus the rate of $10 plus a $3 park fee and tax. The park was only about 1/3 filled. The park has changed owners this past year and some club memberships are not honored now. The sites are not level, but workable. We will continue to use this park as it is easy access on our East/West travels on I-10. The staff is very friendly, as are the campers.

Very clean open park. We were in a back-in and had plenty of space for the MH and tow. The staff at check in were very helpful and friendly. We watched the Disney fireworks show from the coach one night and outside another. The park has easy access from I-5. The only significant drawback is the road noise from I-5. If we are in need of a spot near the tourist attractions here, we would stay here again.

The Oasis Casino and Motel is completely closed. Check in is at the Casa Blanca Registration Desk, which is not convenient but workable for the value.

This is our third time at this Oregon State Park. It is showing some wear from a very active summer. We enjoy this park with the proximity to the ocean and the great food in Newport. We found a site that allowed our satellite dish to work which is not common in this park. We will stay here again.

This is a beautiful park that covers a large area. The sites are very private, spacious and clean. Most are grass. The buildings are clean and maintained. The only downside is the lack of sewer, but with proper planning, is not an issue. We would highly recommend this park.

This is the second time that we have stayed in this park. The sites are close and MH longer than 38 ft have to use center sites and extend over grass area. This blocks the site behind it, if the MH is 45. Some empty sites were occupied with toads even though that was against the rules. All facilities are clean. Only 2 dryers out of 6 were working. We use this park because of the proximity to La Conner and Anacortes.

The only negative of this campground is the afternoon wind as it is in the mouth of a canyon. It is clean with updated utilities. It is next to a highway, but the traffic is slow. We felt it is an excellent value and is under utilized. We will stay here again.

This is a very good state park and is convenient to the freeway and Provo. The sites are very adequate. We used a pull through with our 38 ft MH and tow. The campground filled after 5:00 PM. It was quiet except for the birds and frogs which we really enjoyed. We used it for an overnight stay.

We purchased a park membership to gain access to AOR/RPI/CtoC and this was our first stay at the park. We were pleasantly surprised. We were also startled as to the number of things to do in the area such as old mining areas, National Park, fossil digs, rock hounding, etc. We will go back and stay for 1 plus weeks to take in the sites and activities. The rate for nonmembers was $25 for Good Sam. Our rate was "Zero" and the web site will not accept that number so we put in $1.

We stopped at this park for an overnight stay to Central CA. It is an ok campground for this purpose. The entire facility is in need of some serious clean-up and maintenance. It really shows its age. The rest rooms, showers were clean, but some light fixtures were not working. The utility connections all worked as you would expect. We were surprised to have 50 amp service. We would stay here again for an overnight stay, but probably would not make it an extended stay.

This was the second time in 2 years that we stayed at this park. It is under new ownership since November. They have undertaken a huge project in revitalizing this park. Much has been done and they have a 5 year plan developed. We will stay here again.

Date of Stay:

To confirm, this park has been replaced with condos. The previous post must have stayed at a different park and mis-posted.

We stopped at this park for an overnight stay. The office is located in the service station convience store. We were told to just find a spot. The clerk was not friendly. Some of the slots were poorly designed. Some of the electrical hookups didn't work. The restrooms were covered with litter. We will bypass this park in the future.
