Super nice owners. Easy access to Lava Beds. The owners will give you a map of the local things to see. We had to leave a day early and they were totally accommodating. Quiet, grassy, not many trees, but consistent breeze.

Awesome. Shady sites, easy walk to lake. We were able to swim in the lake in June; it wasn't too cold. This campsite is not part of the National Park system. It's in the National Forest, but you have to go through the park. This makes for easy access to the park, but there is plenty to do around the site as well. Especially for bikes because you're allowed to ride bikes on trails in a national forest. We will definitely come back.

Nice owners. The road to our site was steep, but the sites themselves are level. Free Wi-Fi, accessible from the rig. Several miles from the main road, but it made for a quiet evening. We would stay here again.

Very clean park. Nice staff, very pleasant and helpful. You need to take your trash out due to bear activity. Waterfront sites did not have sewer but the lake is steps away from the site. Definitely would stay here again.

We were in a 31ft RV with a truck. Staff was helpful when we had a problem with the water. Our Wi-Fi worked. Spots were a little close together and only a handful of sites had a river view. We'd stay here again.

Drove a 31ft RV plus a tow, we had a pull through site so it was a bit more. A bunch of potholes with rain but drivable. Evening show was fun and they do a pancake throwing contest, fun too. Washers and dryers were poor, do your laundry somewhere else.

Great staff, very helpful when we needed information about razor clam digging and fishing. They even let us borrow shovels. Wi-Fi worked great and it was within walking distance to the ocean and the river. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed in a 31ft RV with a truck. Site was basically a parking lot with hookups next to a motel. A good stop over type place. Got a 4 cent / liter discount on gas. Nice museum on site.

Not your average stop over. Right off the road but there are 3 private hot springs. There are three different temperatures and you get a key for 20 minutes. When you are done you can check it out again if no one is waiting. Definitely would stay here again. A bit noisy near the road and not a great camping type site but the hot springs make up for all of it.
