This was a one night stay in our transit to the Oregon Central Coast. Wonderful park with great views of the Columbia River. We had a river view pull through spot. There is a Walmart near by. Did not have time to investigate the area but obviously close to Vancouver and Portland (~20 miles) We will be back to stay longer.

This was our 4th time here. We have always had waterfront spots. They are the best, We probably would not come if we were not waterfront. Sunny and open, gravel surface with a picnic table. The off waterfront spots are OK if you are near the Bay. The spots up in the "Ghetto" are not all that great. We made our reservation over one year in advance. We found out when we left the waterfront is completely booked for August 2017.

We love the river side spots at this RV Park. This is our second time here for a week and the river sites are great. However, the staff in a number of cases was rude and unhelpful. Our impression was that the park is run for the benefit of the staff and not the customers. We had a poor office experience, and did not find the host staff very helpful.

Very well done RV Park. Surrounding area is not much, but the park itself is a wonderful oasis. We had a Supreme site. Some of the sites are gravel and not particularly attractive.

This is a wonderful high end RV Park. Large sites, with pavers, excellent service connections and ambiance.

We love this RV Park. Right on the Rogue River. The River Front spots are best. Sites are tightly spaced but being on the river compensates for the forced togetherness. This park was designed pre slideouts which explains the tight sites. The concrete pads are a bit beat up, again placed before the advent of big, heavy diesel coaches. This was our fourth trip here and will be back.

This is a nice little park that is well maintained. Crushed red rock sites and roads. Great divider vegetation. We had a satellite friendly site but there are some in trees that would be challenging. The sites closest to Highway 260 could be a bit noisy during the day but there is not much traffic at night. Sites farther away from the highway are very quiet. Great park.

We were fortunate enough to have a water front site that was right on Buttonwood Bay. We may have had one of the best 5 sites in the park. We could see the sunset right out the windshield. Great view of launch ramp, dock, and walkways. The non waterfront sites did not appear that attractive. The park is on crushed rock.

This was an overnight stop while transiting. We were quite pleasantly surprized at the quality of the facility. Great sites. Helpful and friendly staff. We had a site with an orange tree, stamped concrete patio and patio furniture. Lots of big rigs.

We like this Park a lot. Sites are among the orange trees. It is an in transit stopping point for us. Great pool.

We love this park!!! This is our fourth trip. The weather is great. Warm during the day and cool at night. The Delta Breeze is great!! This one was for 17 days. We had waterfront site with dock for our boat. The sites are a little primitive but the setting is wonderful. The management is improved much since our last stay. The manager and assistant did a great job of welcoming us, helped us with boat logistics and checked often to see how things were going. We will be back, maybe for a longer stay!

This is a great little RV park. We stop here on our way to Northern California from San Diego. There is a related golf course and restaurant. The Putter's Bistro is great for dinner. We will be back hopefully to enjoy the golf course in more temperate weather.

This park is way over rated. They have lots of rental trailers that brought in and set up from offsite. It was extremely noisy. You felt like you were on the median of the 101. Almost no view of the Channel. This is the most we have paid for a site in over 30 years of RVing. This is no Outdoor Resorts!!!!! This is on our never go back list.

This was a complementary weekend shakedown for our new RV; therefore, the low nightly rate shown. We live nearby. We had lots in the upper level backing up to the City Park. Nice spot. Concrete pad. Enough room for 4 slides. Sites are closely spaced but the terracing in this area of the park mitigates the spacing. I-15 noise is noticeable. This would be a good park for those seeing things in the North County including the Wild Animal Park and some great golf.

This is a wonderful small park. We were right on the Rogue River. Easy path to river. Very well maintained. Owners are wonderful. This is on our return list.
