We camped here with a rally. The park is well-kept and the sites are level with double concrete runners to put your RV wheels on. Electricity and water were fine. The Wi-Fi was not working and the manager stated that "the parts were on order." We had a decent 4G signal on the Verizon Jet Pack and the phone. TV, with a batwing and attached "wingman" provided several stations. CBS was the only network. Check in was friendly and we were given a package with doggie treats and poop bags for our dog and a package of microwave popcorn for us. The fellow in the golf cart who showed us to our site helped us unhook as I was not too mobile. He offered to help us if we needed it. I thought that was a very nice gesture. I was on a walker as I fractured a kneecap and the clubhouse is most definitely NOT handicapped friendly. We have a tiny Chevy spark and my husband parked it near the club house on the grass and was yelled at by the manager because there were water lines below. I had called the campground before the rally and was assured that I would be accommodated. I was not. Other than having to hop a distance to the club house and back, the park was very nice and we enjoyed our stay.

We received 5 nights of free camping from a rep of the company at an RV rally. The Preserve is a private development of home sites, cabins and RV sites. It is 15 miles out of Cleveland and about 65 miles from Houston. It's about 2 miles from the front gate to the Cross Bayou camping area in the park. The gate attendant was friendly and gave us good directions to the site but failed to tell us which way to go at the fork. We did figure it out. The gate is manned 24/7. The property is pretty much a swamp with caliche roads that kick up dust when dry and mud when not. There are live oaks with Spanish moss hanging from the boughs and lots of shade. When not drowned out by early morning mowers, the birdsong is charming. There is some traffic noise from TX 105 which runs along the side of the camping area but is screened from view by trees and other vegetation. The sites are concrete back in, and fairly level, though our concrete pad was badly cracked and uneven. Electric voltage was very good. Water was heavily chlorinated, but usable. With a batwing TV antenna equipped with a "wingman" we got viewable service on one network, Fox. We had 4G Verizon on the Jet Pack but mostly 3G on the cell phone. WalMart is about 15 miles away via business TX 105 Perhaps, after they sell more lots and make improvements, it will be a nicer place to stay. Right now it's very remote and has nothing much to offer.

This is the second time we've stayed at this park and it most certainly will not be the last. In fact, we have reservations for later this month for the NY Yankee - TX Ranger series. The mature shade trees are wonderful, especially in the hot Dallas area summers. The power is stable and the water pressure is good. The cable TV channel selection is also good. We were greeted in an extremely friendly, yet professional manner and guided to our long pull-through site. The park is clean and well maintained. They even asked if we had more than one device and gave us an extra coupon so we could use the notebook and the tablet. Very good Verizon 4G service and a great location.

Stayed here under Passport America. Older park with mobile homes on one side, but well-kept. Friendly management. The sites are mostly pull-throughs and concrete, though not terribly level. Good Verizon 4G signal and secure free Wi-Fi from campground. Power was excellent, even during a heat wave. Water pressure was good. We stayed here to visit the George H W Bush Library.

Stayed under Passport America. Very friendly management. We came in from US 81, southbound, turned on route 62. The sign for Grand St. is bent and not readable. Turn by the Chickasha Sports Complex sign. The sites are mostly back-in, but we had planned to disconnect our car. I got 12 TV channels with the over-the-air antenna as it's close enough to Oklahoma City. Voltage was low, but the temperature was 100, so it was possible that the grid was taxed. Water was okay. I would have appreciated some shade. The Wi-Fi was excellent, free, and encrypted. They give you the code. 4G Verizon with all the bars. I would stay here again.

Spent one night at this nice little park. No frills, but clean and well-kept. The new owner was very friendly and even apologized for the grass not being cut as their mower was broken. They have just purchased the park and want to add improvements. The owner came out to greet us and told us to pick a spot, get set up, and then come in to pay. We got one TV station over the air, and the Verizon 4G service was excellent. The park also had free Wi-Fi which was acceptable. Electricity was good. Water pressure was good. Easy to get in and out of the park. I'd stay here again.

Interesting layout. Everything is gravel and there is no shade. We had full hookups, 90 channel cable. and good Wi-Fi for our Passport America price. Management is very friendly and helpful with directions. Decent Verizon 4G service. Water needs a regulator. Power was good. I'd stay here again if I were traveling through.

This is an older park with lots of different prices for the different types of site. We took a pull-through with 30 amps and no sewer. Under Passport America it was $16 per night. You are guided to your site as you would never find it on your own. Lots of mature trees and shade. Clean laundry room with working machines. Power was a bit low in voltage. Water was decent. There is cable, but some of the channels were fuzzy. There is Tengo Internet for $1 per 24 hours. Not a bad price. I've seen much higher. This park claims to have AT&T service only, but it doesn't. They have put an antenna of some sort in the playground for Verizon users. I was able to get 1x on Verizon and an intermittent 3G that was not very useful with my Jetpack. I did have voice service, and I guess, that's what's important. The park has a rule that you cannot leave your pet in the RV if you are gone. Our toy poodle got to go with us to Rocky Mountain National Park. It's a clean park and the maintenance is good, but too many kids riding bikes up and down the road in front of my RV. This is a "family" campground so every night we dealt with the acrid smoke of campfires. Management was very friendly and helpful. I don't think I'd camp here again because of the campfires and lack of decent cell phone service.

Wonderful management who helped us with a problem with our toad. Clean laundry room with machines that worked well and huge commercial dryers. Can't say enough good things about the people who run this park. Nice pull through site with grass and a fairly new picnic table, though the back of the site was a little downhill. Electricity was good as was water. The free Wi-Fi was fast and good. The cable has only 24 channels but after two nights with no over the air TV, it was welcomed. There was a Verizon 3G signal but not very strong. The campground is right near the Interstate and there is a rail line with freight trains. I see this as the only negative. This place is definitely worth an overnight for travelers on I-90.

This is a small RV park at the bottom of a hill along a pretty river. There are both pull-throughs and back-ins. Power and water were acceptable Management was friendly and helpful. The park is near the Interstate and a rail line with freight trains. I slept with ear plugs and was fine. There are no sewer hookups but there is a dump station at the top of the hill which we did not use. The WiFi is up the hill at the lodge, not at the sites, so I used my Verizon Jetpack on a decent 3G signal. There is no over the air TV. This was a nice place to spend the night on the way to somewhere else.

This is not a very pretty park, but having seen the other choices for a lot more money than this Passport America affiliate, it wasn't so bad. We had a large gravel pull through site that was remarkably dead level. The power was good as was the water. No WiFi, but a good Verizon 3G signal for using the Jetpack MiFi. No over the air TV, either. We spent one night here and our purpose was to visit the dam. For the price, it was just fine. Management was very friendly.

Nicely kept park and very quiet except for occasional low flying planes from a nearby airport. Lots of tall pine trees. I would have appreciated cable as there are very few over the air channels available. We were in site 10, far from the office and the WiFi was not very good. The signal was okay, but it kept going up and down. I used my own Verizon MiFi. Sites are a bit close together. There is a weak 4G Verizon signal here and phone calls weren't always clear. Park is in a decent location and not too far from the capitol in Olympia. It is also near a place called Wolfhaven, a wolf sanctuary and worth a visit. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the air at the gas station in front is free to use.

Stayed here under Passport America. This is a nice park but I wish the sites were more level. We had good shade from a couple of trees. No problems with electric and water was decent. Cable TV was very good. The Wifi was usable. Good Verizon 4G service. We stayed here while visiting friends in Sutherlin. It's convenient to town and also close to the Interstate.

The sites aren't really pull through, unless you drive on the grass behind them. This park is behind a fair grounds. It had good power, water and sewer and was a quiet place to spend a night. It is not far from Lava Beds National Monument. There was a good Verizon 4G signal. The sites are on grass and are not very level.

The minute we pulled in to the park we were greeted by the management who directed us to a site and told us to get set up then come in and pay. Extremely friendly and helpful management. This is a lovely park with real grass on each site. The sites are concrete and fairly level. Good electricity and water. Strong Verizon 4G signal. Park Wi-Fi was good, as well. I would definitely stay here again.
