This is a very well maintained State Park. The lake is a man made lake and therefore is not the biggest body of water and it's popular with people looking to water-ski, jet-ski etc. All the sites in the main campground are pull through sites and are of good size with grassy areas on each site. The park has 3 different modern washroom buildings in the campground area. So well laid out and maintained the park is very enjoyable. Almost so much so that it's becoming tougher and tougher to even get sites during the summer weekends.

Nice park just 2-3 miles outside of Beausajour. Perfect if you are on your way to the Whiteshell Provincial Park. Lots of trees and grassy areas between sites. Modern washrooms are a little bit far from the campsites but the park has quite a few seasonal campers so that's not an issue for most people. Brokenhead River runs alongside the park and many people enjoy tubing down the river and you can also swim and play in the beach area by the river. If you are looking for a campground near Winnipeg, give this park a try.

Nice RV park in the small city of Grafton, ND. The campground is located inside the city park. The park is very nice with lots of flower beds, walking paths and contains a playground and the local city swimming pool. Location is nice in that if the weather is not great, you could always drive into Grand Forks to do some shopping etc.
