Tallahassee RV Park, Tallahassee, Florida

Date of Stay: October, 2009 - $36.00
Overall Rating:

Roads inside this park are rough with some tight turns but they are doable. Site was not level especially front to rear. There seems to have been alot of neglect to all aspects of this park. Way over-priced for what you get. The gentleman that checked us in showed no interest in making you feel welcome. We camped at Tallahassee RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Hollywood Casino RV Park, Bay Saint Louis, Mississippi

Date of Stay: October, 2009 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

Our site was not level with poor drainage for water run off. The water hook up was so close to ground we could not use a water filter. Mud and debris littered the site where it had rained the day before our arrival. Easy access for big rigs. Good cable TV and Wi-Fi. We camped at Hollywood Casino RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Big Oak RV Park, Tallahassee, Florida

Date of Stay: April, 2009 - $33.00
Overall Rating:

Park is conveniently located to I-10 with easy access for big rigs. Hook ups are well positioned and work properly. Our site was not level and the Wi-Fi did not work. When I went to the office to ask about the Wi-Fi I was told that someone would come by my site to check it out. 30 minutes later a lady came by and said the assigned Wi-Fi person would not get off the lawnmower, but she would try to get him to come by. We left the next morning, and he still had not come. We camped at Big Oak RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Olde Mill Stream RV Resort (55+ park), Umatilla, Florida

Date of Stay: April, 2009 - $16.00
Overall Rating:

This was our first year to winter at this resort, and we loved it! The owner, workers and guests are so friendly and helpful. 125 new sites have been added with a new clubhouse and pool planned. The existing pool is beautiful, and overlooks Lake Pearl. If you are looking for a great place to spend the 2009-2010 winter give them a call; you will be glad you did. We camped at Olde Mill Stream RV Resort (55+ park) in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed here for a month while visiting family and found the campground to be very clean and well maintained. Park management is friendly and responsive to the needs of their guest. Access to and inside the park is good for large rigs. They do allow children but the park caters to the adult RV lifestyle. We camped at Lakewood RV Resort (55+ park) in a Fifth Wheel.

EZ Daze RV Park, Southaven, Mississippi

Date of Stay: September, 2008 - $32.00
Overall Rating:

A very well laid out park with easy access for large rigs. Sites are long, wide, and very level. Office people are very friendly and helpful. WiFi worked very good. With that being said I could not rate this park as more than a 7 because of the noise. Airplane and vehicle traffic was very disturbing especially late at night. We were there 2 nights and were awaken at 3:30 AM both nights with the very loud airplane noise. We camped at EZ Daze RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

American RV Resort, Albuquerque, New Mexico

Date of Stay: April, 2008 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

Easy access from I-40 with very adequate room on interior roads for large rigs. Quick check in with very friendly and helpful employees. Sites are mostly level but somewhat short. Utilities are located at the back of site causing difficulty in hooking up. Sewer connection is about 6 in. off ground making dumping very difficult. All areas of the park were very clean and well kept. Some road noise is noticeable from the interstate. Wi-Fi is very slow. We camped at American RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.
