Downtown Riverside RV Park, North Little Rock, Arkansas

Date of Stay: September, 2013 - $11.00
Overall Rating:

Nice park, but no shade, no swimming pool, good electricity, parked on gravel, had to back in, because we used Passport America. Would camp here again in late fall or early spring. We camped at Downtown Riverside RV Park in a Motorhome.

Walnut Grove RV Park, Merriam, Kansas

Date of Stay: September, 2013 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

Our pull-through site was very narrow, we had only one slide out, not enough room for living room slide. The park was overpriced in our opinion. The sites were gravel. Might stay there again if the other parks in the area were full. We camped at Walnut Grove RV Park in a Motorhome.

Eagle Ridge RV Park, Eagleville, Missouri

Date of Stay: September, 2013 - $27.00
Overall Rating:

This park is one of my favorite stops to and from Iowa. The owners are very friendly and helpful. They take you to your site and help you park your RV. I used their showers this time and they are very clean. I also used their laundry room, and the cost was one dollar for the washer and one dollar for the dryer. My wife and I will stay here again. We camped at Eagle Ridge RV Park in a Motorhome.

This park is a small but very nice park for a short stay. The bathrooms were clean but kind of on the old side. The campground is clean and will maintain. We had a nice long pull through with easy in and easy out spot. The owners, husband and wife, were very friendly and helpful about the area. We would stay here again. We camped at Eagle Ridge RV Park in a Motorhome.

Bob Shetler Campground COE, Johnston, Iowa

Date of Stay: May, 2013 - $10.00
Overall Rating:

My wife and I camped in the section right along the river. All the sights along the river are paved. They are back ins, but very nice. Some shade and easy to get your satellite dish lined up. The sights come with really nice picnic tables and fire rings. Our rate was based on Golden Age discount. We camped at Bob Shetler Campground COE in a Motorhome.

Red River Ranch RV Resort, Thackerville, Oklahoma

Date of Stay: May, 2013 - $12.00
Overall Rating:

This park is a old membership park that has has been there for a long time. The park has a new owner. The old club house needs to be up dated. The campground itself could used some trees. There are several permanent residents. The rate that we paid was Passport America. Our site was level and a drive through and long enough for a 45 foot motor home. We would stay again. We camped at Red River Ranch RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Safari RV Park, League City, Texas

Date of Stay: April, 2013 - $16.00
Overall Rating:

We have stayed at this park several times. We always use Passport America. The park is close to any place that you might want to visit. They have short term and long term camping. This park is a split park. Part mobile homes and part RV. Our stay was very pleasant. The sights are very spacious. We have not used their Wi-Fi because we have our own hot spot. I think you have to pay for their Wi-Fi. We camped at Safari RV Park in a Motorhome.

Grand Marais Campground, Huttig, Arkansas

Date of Stay: February, 2013 - $15.00
Overall Rating:

This park is run by Union County not the COE. The COE leases to the county. You can do long term camping at a rate of $290.00 a month. The park is very close to the Felsenthal dam. The park actually is located in the Town of Felsenthal. They park was very clean. The back part of the park was close due to lack of campers. The park does rent out RV park models (4 of them). We camped at Grand Marais Campground in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

My wife and I have been at this park 4 times. The owners are very easy to talk to, and very helpful. They always take you to your camping sight. The sights are level with cement runners. The Park is very quiet. They have a lot of long term campers, but they have their own area away from short term camping. We always have an easy time setting up our satellite dish and have very good cell phone and internet service with Verizon. We camped at Country Place RV Park in a Motorhome.

Lincoln Parish Park, Ruston, Louisiana

Date of Stay: January, 2013 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

This park is quite different from others. It sets in a residential area. The streets are paved as well as the camping sights. The park had a lot of rain that day, so it was hard to find a dry spot because water was running down the hill side. The park is laid out on a bluff over looking at small lake. We would camp here again. We camped at Lincoln Parish Park in a Motorhome.

Coushatte Recreation Ranch, Bellville, Texas

Date of Stay: November, 2012 - $22.00
Overall Rating:

This RV park is a family run campground. The rate per night is $22.00(cash), $24.00(check). The park is a nice laid back place to camp, off this the busy highway, and therefore, no traffic noise. We have stayed at this park several times and always enjoy ourselves. This park has long term camping available, and is close to Sealy,TX, and Bellville,TX. My wife and I would recommend this park if you want quiet camping. We give the park an 8, because there is no swimming pool and no paved sights. The wi-fi is $5.00 for one day $10.00 for three days or $20.00 for a month. We have not used their wifi system because we have our own internet card, so I can't say how strong their internet signal is. We camped at Coushatte Recreation Ranch in a Motorhome.
