Easily the best value around. Must book a year out in the winter (365 days) to get the site you want. Some pull thrus, and some really tight spots as well. Most of the sites are just dirt, the 'letter' sites are grassy. Location is great, right on the Indian River with a view of the Space Center. Rate reflects monthly stay - daily is $25. Brand new fishing pier too.

Fantastic views, nice sites even though a little tight. Wonderful staff. Easy in and out, mostly pull-thru sites. Staying for a month next year!

Huge facility, 3 pools, fishing, boating, marina. One of the nicest MWR parks we have ever seen. Fabulous value considering the lack of public camping in the vicinity.

Very nice and clean. No frills but new Bath/Laundry. No pull throughs, but manageable. 100% ID check - if you are sponsored by an active or retired member, that member Must escort you through security, either in your vehicle or in another vehicle ahead of you. This is a weapons station and the security is airtight.. Be very watchful for deer, they are everywhere and not afraid of vehicles. Café and mini NEX, no gas, on site near RV area. Great MWR with pool, Gym playgrounds everywhere.

Immaculate. Few long-termers, very big rig friendly. Bring your camera! Beautiful views, big grassy areas for kids and dogs to play, adjacent horse corrals with very friendly horses, donkey and a llama. Owners on site, convenience shop, and the staff could not be more friendly or helpful. Fellow campers were terrific too. Stayed here 2 weeks, the rate reflects weekly rate/7. Already booked for next year, 10 minutes from the Kutztown Folk Festival.

Big, open park. Info online says no sewer, but they do have sites with. All grass, more like a festival field. Fine for overnite or a couple of days. Very laid back, very quiet.

If KHP had sewer hookups, it would be a 10! Very nice park, great restrooms/showers/laundry. Great water - this is the stuff they make Bourbon with. Playgrounds, basketball, tennis. Great for kids on the bikes. 4 dump stations. Very, very well maintained, trash cans at the site emptied daily. Super nice folks, true Southern Hospitality. Already booked it for next year. Rate reflects 10% Military or Senior discount. $2 higher on weekends

We arrived late; the manager came out to insure we connected to cable because of the severe weather warning. The park is very clean, and perhaps the most level site we have ever had. Left our 41' 5er attached to the longbed dually with plenty of extra room! Highly recommend for an overnight or two. Laundry available, and the manager will even loan you her BMW for a run to the store or dinner if you don't want to unhook.

Rate based on Monthly. Great park. No old trailers. Adjacent to America Choice RV, service and sales. We purchased our new 5er there, and they had us stay 3 nights to check out the unit and fixed every little thing, and we liked it so much we booked a month. Super nice campers, lots of activities. Pool is not heated. One pull-through site but all easy back-ins for giant size RVs. Our 5er is 41' and does not crowd the site at all! We will be back. Hats off to the manager and staff.

We looked all around for a place for the Winter season. At $350/month + Electric, this was a bargain. Then we discover that the sites are HUGE. They could double the sites, there is enough room between most RVs for another RV! The owners are lovely people, and the fellow campers are awesome. Kids and pets are welcome, but no noisy neighbors. A few "Full Time" units, but all well cared for. We have already booked next winter, this is a GREAT park, if you can live without a pool.

Rate is Passport America. Very disappointed here. We arrived and were taken to site L08. Barely fit there. "Caution" tape across the back and side, they were trenching for new utilities. Had to park in alley next to site. Clearly the worst site they had, I guess because we were PA. Many 'nice' empty sites. While most sites were narrow, ours was ridiculous. Our slide was 2" from the power box, and the next site Water and sewer was a foot under our awning. I guess that would have been nice for a neighbor if it was raining when they arrived. I don't think we will stay here again.

This is one of the cleanest parks we have seen. Staff and campers are very friendly. Our site is spectacular (Passport America, 2 nights). We were a bit hesitant to come here based upon reviews, but seriously, can't think of a negative. We will always stay here when in the area. They even ensure that all RVs are at least 3' off the road - both ends on pull-thrus. VERY level site as well.

Extremely well maintained park. Trees, grass, sites all clean. Incredibly nice staff. Convenient Dog Walk area, trash cans. Traffic pattern great, convenient to everything! We were very, very pleased!

Great park! Convenient to Sponge Docks, can walk (several blocks) to the beach. Terrific paved bike/walk trail across the street. Note that if you approach from the north on 19a, the entrance WILL sneak up on you. When you see the fence on the left with RVs behind, get in the left turn lane or you may miss it! Superb staff, very helpful and friendly. Secure - card gate access.

If you are looking for a "Fancy" park, don't stay here. McIntosh is a historical little town with lovely Victorian style homes. The park is at the end of the main side street, and very simple. It's not new, but very clean. Superb staff, and they are very responsive. Mobile homes adjacent to the park, but clean and neat. Grassy sites abound, and very quiet for the most part. This is our second stay, and not our last. If the lake level ever comes back up to make this the waterfront marina park it was, it would be a '10' in my book!
