This is a clean park with distant traffic noise, though very little at night. Sites are wide, unshaded, near-level gravel in various lengths, separated by more gravel. Each site has a picnic table. Voltage is good. The gravel is thin in places which, in wet weather, become muddy. Roads are gravel in good condition. WiFi is strong; I measured 400.2 kB/s down. I needed to log in again every day. I really wish parks would follow the WPA2 standard. Terrestrial broadcast TV: CBS, CW, PBS. Laundry: 4 top-loaders ($2), 3 working dryers ($2). I was constantly bumping my head on the low woodwork above the dryers. The showers are clean and private, but lack a place to sit while dressing. Staff are friendly and helpful.

This is a clean, quiet park. Sites are rather short, narrow, near-level, shady gravel, separated by wide strips of grass and trees. In Autumn, many leaves will fall on your rig. Each site has a picnic table. Voltage is good. There's plenty of room to maneuver. Verizon LTE works well. WiFi is strong; I measured 1565.9 kB/s down. No terrestrial broadcast TV or VHF weather radio. Laundry: 2 top-loaders ($1.50), 2 dryers ($1.50). There are 4 clean private showers for the park, but no shower curtains. Staff are friendly and helpful.

This is a fairly clean park, though I found trash at my site. There's distant traffic noise, even at night. The 9 pull-through sites (30-39) are long, wide, unshaded, near-level gravel and dirt. Each has a concrete pad with a picnic table. There are also dirt back-in sites among the trees along a creek. These are in various sizes, shady, and not level. Not all the back-in sites have sewer connections or picnic tables. Voltage is good. Roads are gravel or asphalt, in fair condition with some potholes. Verizon LTE works well. WiFi is strong at the recreation hall; I measured 126.8 kB/s down. WiFi was not usable at my site. Terrestrial broadcast TV: CBS, CW. No VHF weather radio. Laundry: 2 top-loaders ($2), 2 dryers ($1 for 45 minutes). The dryers are slow; I needed 2 passes to get my clothes dry. There are 2 private showers for the park, one accessible, meaning a seat and rails, not roll-in. $0.25 buys 3 minutes in the non-accessible shower but 2 minutes in the accessible shower. There is no way to adjust the water temperature. Sometimes I put in my quarter but got no water. One morning the sewer overflowed. This was very quickly fixed, but I'd avoid site 30, which seems to be a low point. Owners and staff are friendly and helpful. The park is on the opposite side of I-15 from the town of Basin.

This is a clean park with distant traffic noise. Sites are near-level, adequately wide, unshaded asphalt, in various lengths. Sites are separated by grass strips. Voltage is good. At many sites, water and electric are at the very front. Water spigots are underground. A picnic table can be rented. Roads are wide asphalt in good condition. Verizon LTE works well. WiFi is fairly strong. I measured 91.0 kB/s down. A really annoying disclaimer page is on a short timeout; I clicked "I agree" dozens of times a day. Before browsing a secure web site, first browse an unsecure site, otherwise there's a security warning. I never got my Mac VPN to work. Cable is satellite. Terrestrial broadcast TV: ABC CBS CW FOX ION NBC PBS. Laundry: 8 top-loaders ($1.50 cold or warm, $1.75 hot), 8 dryers ($1.25). Rate is total with Escapees and tax.

This is a fairly clean park. During the day there's some traffic and aircraft noise; at night it's quiet. 20 amp plus water sites are long, non-level grass and dirt with no shade. Utilities are at the back, and half are on the wrong side. Full hookup sites are shorter, non-level gravel and grass, with utilities in the usual locations. Each site has a picnic table. Roads are asphalt in fair condition with some potholes and many annoying speed bumps. There's one private shower per gender, $0.25 for 5 minutes. The men's shower is inadequately ventilated and usually muddy, with discolored tiles, a torn shower curtain, and cobwebs. I saw one silverfish. Verizon LTE works well. WiFi is strong. I measured 571.6 kB/s down. Staff are friendly and helpful. There are strong terrestrial broadcast TV signals from CBS and ION. Laundry: 2 top-loaders ($1.75), 2 dryers ($1.50). This is a clean park with frequent, loud train noise from both banks of the Columbia River. The trains on the tracks adjacent to the park do not blow horns, but those on the Washington side do, and are quite audible. Sites are narrow, near-level gravel, separated by grass strips. All have a picnic table. There are some trees but little shade. Voltage is good. Roads are gravel in very good condition. With the park full, maneuvering would be tight. There are two showers, one accessible. They are clean and private, but unheated. There's no way to adjust water temperature or the shower head. WiFi is strong. I measured 1055.4 kB/s down. Verizon LTE works well. Staff are friendly and helpful. No terrestrial broadcast TV or VHF weather radio.

This is a clean park with occasional distant train noise. Some events can also be noisy. Sites are near-level unshaded grass. Voltage is good. WiFi is strong. I measured 868.5 kB/s down. Verizon LTE works well. TV: ABC CBS FOX PBS. VHF weather radio is very weak. The manager is friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, camping is only allowed when some event is held, so it's best to call ahead well in advance.

This park has rather a lot of trash; my site had several chunks of broken glass. There's continuous distant traffic noise and some distant train noise. Sites are long, narrow, near-level gravel, separated by wide grass strips. Voltage is good. Some sites are lightly shaded, some have a picnic table. Water faucets are below ground, making connection awkward. I couldn't find room for a pressure regulator. Roads are wide gravel in good condition. The owner is friendly and helpful, but is usually out of the office. WiFi is strong. I measured 934.8 kB/s down, which is typical off-peak. Verizon LTE works well. Cable is Eagle Communications. There are 65 NTSC analog channels, about 17 Clear QAM digital SD channels, but only 6 HD channels (PBS, Weather Channel, WGN, QVC, NASA, KSCW). Terrestrial broadcast: ABC (marginal), CBS (marginal), NBC, PBS (off 00-07). There's one private shower per gender. Laundry: 7 top-loaders ($2), 6 front-loaders ($2-5), 9 dryers ($0.25/5 min.). 2 top-loaders are marked "greasers." Two reindeer graze in the mini-golf course. Seriously. Rate is total with Passport, including $2 for WiFi. Cable would have been $2 more.
