Magnolia Ridge COE, Woodville, Texas

Date of Stay: December, 2012 - $12.00
Overall Rating:

It is a beautiful campground with large roomy sites. I would have rated higher if the bathrooms and showers were cleaner. Also, for some reason there are A LOT of street lights in the campground. Way too much light pollution. Finally, locals who were camping were out in their boat from midnight until 2 or 3. A good night's sleep was hard to come by. We camped at Magnolia Ridge COE in a Tent Trailer.

The good. It's convenient to I-15 and fuel; pull through site, Wi-Fi that worked. The bad. TRAINS! The trains came through all hours of the night with horn blasting. We camped at Jones High Country RV in a Fifth Wheel.

Lake San Marino, Naples, Florida

Date of Stay: November, 2010 - $17.00
Overall Rating:

Typical snowbird RV park in south Florida. Electric hook-up very dated with no circuit breaker at site, just an outlet. Sites close together. We were in town visiting family, so this park was convenient and would stay here again for that purpose. Would NOT stay long term, just too many people too close. We paid special rate for first time visitors: $89 for the week, plus "resort charge" of $25, which I didn't like, as we used NONE of the amenities. We camped at Lake San Marino in a Fifth Wheel.

Friendly folks at check-in, and a beautiful, rustic campground with huge sites with water/electric hook-ups. You can hike right from the campground. We are in a 32' fifth wheel and would fit in most sites. Would definitely stay here again. We camped at O'Leno State Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Heritage Campground, Carthage, North Carolina

Date of Stay: October, 2010 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

We have family in the area, and I was so happy I found out about this campground! The campground is off the main road and very quite. We were greeted by the owner who was very friendly and helpful. The campground is wooded and sites are a good size. Pulling the rig through is a little tight in spots, but no problem. Will definitely stay here again. We camped at Heritage Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Nice park for an overnight. The WiFi worked well and the site was long enough so that we didn't have to unhook. Very quiet park. The buddy sites make for narrow sites, but enough room for our slides. We would stay here again. We camped at Lakeside RV and Campground in a Fifth Wheel.
